Dislikes
- I disliked the hot weather in the day time , here weather becomes very very hot makes it difficult to go to university and clothes get so much wet .
- Lovely professional University provides duty leave for attending the events and workshops and hackathons , but does not provide medical leave when the student gets sick .
- Third thing that I hated is attendance criteria, here they give marks for attendance and those marks were added in final CGPA and grades
Course Curriculum Overview
here one semester gets finished in 4 months and within these 4 months they take 25-26 continuous assessments ,4-5 subject mid terms, and 8 subject end term , this examination system is very depressing.
Internships Opportunities
Our college provides online as well as offline internship opportunities with good companies, companies like Google , Amazon , Microsoft, Infosys, HCl , Adobe comes as well , I have no such information about the stipend provided.
Placement Experience
Lpu provides placement opportunities and companies comes to the college on regular basis and the eligible students get placed as well and average package goes to 10 lakh . And lpu itself gives placement to many students in University only.
Fees and Financial Aid
Here fees of one semester for BTech CSE is 120000 and they take LPUNEST scholarship examination through which we can get upto 35% of scholarship which is maximum here , and hostel fees depends on type of room .
Campus Life
Campus is very big and good but campus life is not so good because there are so many restrictions, girls have to move into hostels before 8 pm , but it is safe as well , there are cameras everywhere and guards are present at most of the places
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facility is normal , you get one almirah, one study table, one bed, and one washroom. One watercooler one every odd no. Floor , laundary facility is also available, mess available and 2 canteens other then mess.
Admission
Here no eligibility criteria is needed anymore can get admission, but if you want scholarship then you have to give LPUNEST and they give scholarship on the basis of jee mains percentile as well , you can find application forms online on lpu official website. Difficulty level is moderate of the exam .
Faculty
Some Faculties are good in nature , helping, understanding and soft in nature but some are very strict , rude and demotivating, so overall we can't generalise a particular type of behaviour of teachers .
Interview Experience
I have joined a GD once and our topic was "Do you support online classes or not?". And I also participated in a test which was about the coding, there we three tyeps of questions Coding, Mcqs and Aptitude.
