Course Curriculum Overview

4

Our course follows CBME curriculum where each student should achieve a minimum of 75% attendance in theory classes and 80% in practical classes. Students who fail to achieve this will not be qualified to write the university exam. There will be 2 sessional exams and 1 model exam conducted by the college followed by the university exam.

Internships Opportunities

4

There is one year internship after we complete 4 year course. The interns will be paid approx 25000 per month as stipend. Each student should be posted in one department for a month. There will be night duties and also 48 hours continuous duties as an intern.

Fees and Financial Aid

Students should pay 26000 rupees as academic fee which varies after each year. Hostel fees varies each month from 3000 to 4000. Lower caste and economically backward students can apply for scholarships like egrantz.

Campus Life

4.5

Our give equal importance to academics as well as extracurricular activities. There are intra college as well as intercollege arts and sports competition conducted by the college union and university. There are arts and sports clubs in our college and our college is the first medical college in kerala to start a queer club which is running successfully. Our classrooms are fully air conditioned and spacious enough for 250 students to sit and study.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

The hostel facilities are really nice. Students are in control of hostel activities and they provide good spacious rooms and food. There is only walking distance from college to hostel. Hostel fees varies between 3000 and 4000 each month which is far far better when compared to private hostel rooms.

Admission

Admission process is very long and it will take a day in the college. But office staffs and college union makes it very easy for the students. For getting admission the student should achieve good marks in NEET exam and secure a rank of minimum 400 to get placed in general category. The exams will be very difficult and students should study very hard to pass.

Faculty

3.5

The faculties are highly qualified professor doctors. They are highly supportive and easily approachable. The find time to take classes even in their busy schedule. Number of faculties are far enough to take classes to 4 batches.
