In terms of relevance computer course does stand strong and teaches us the basic required to survive in the industry. But in coep they still follow course a decade before curriculum and needs to be updated with the trending technologies in the industry.

For internship companies visited were bny, barclays ,wells fargo ,deutch bank , city, mastercard, hilti, pattern, nuance etc. Mostly every comapny offered a role of software engineer in which exact work was revealed after 1 week of joining. In my internship at nuance it was a major project of voice recognition on call for banks verification. And i was working at the first stage of project where we have to handel the events of the call recieved and tackel various scenarios.

From 5th semester we can apply for internship companies. And from 7th semester we can apply for full time placements. Companies visited : barclays, wells fargo, bny, Deutsche bank, mastercard , city , nvidia, pattern etc. Nonof offers made will be near about 150 from 160 students.

Tution fee has recently increased in 2023 on conversion of coep into a university. Complete cost would be (for me) about rs 4,00,000 for four years. Since i am a open student i didn't receive any financial support bit surely obc and other caste has financial support and they have to pay half of the fees only(for obc).

Impressions and misndspark are the two important events held in coep. Mindspark is conducted at the time of November and impression at august. One iconic event is regatta in with telematches are coducted. It includes kayling, rowing, punt formation etc. Coep also conducts pune statup fest where entrepreneurs and investors come and invest in startups gathered in the event. You can get any book you want in library. Most of the classroom have projectors and some new has big led screens. In sports two annual events are gathering sports and Zest. Zest occurs near about in april. Yes in Coep there is student for committee which handels all the budget related things of all other clubs which comes under gymkhana.

For boys hostel each room has 4 bunk beds. 2 Tubelights, common bathrooms and washrooms, 1 fan. Meal quality is much better in comparision to other mess which you will get outside of hostel. For boys hostel you get rooms on the basis of cgpa. And allotment is a one day process. Currently for each individual you have to pay 45000 which is comparatively cheaper in shivajinagar which is a prime location in pune. Locality is good. For pgs we can rent near shivajinagar railway station or modern colony at near about 5000 per person.

For computer course one must crack mhtcet with 99.9 (for open) percentile. There is also bilateral entry for diploma student. For admission we need to visit college campus and all the necessary document and forms will be provided there itself at the time of CAP rounds. Details of Reservation Benefits can be found on coep website. In every semester 3 exams are conducted T1,T2, end sem. Difficulty level ranges from subject to subject and on an average it is medium. A good internet connection should be provided by the college at the time of admission.

Faculty to student ratio: 1 faculty over every 10 students. So 0.1 Some faculties are great in teaching and are strict also regarding assignments. We can interact with teachers as much as we want they are available for our doubt solving also.
