Course Curriculum Overview

4

The curriculum is as same as various colleges , I would add the teachings of proffesors somehow was quiet good in first year as proffesors were quiet good with concepts and also helped in our basic life problems including finding nearby resident places and all. Curriculum in first year offered me data strucuture and oops concept in first year which was very wonderful learning of concepts I would genrally say I get to know these concepts early and we had C and Python as our major languages in first year. I would say improvement could be done on introducing chemistry and replacing Workshops in carpentry with Engineering designs as those cources are quiet good also. Exams internals happens right after every 1 month of starting of semester and the finals happens after the 4-5 months of completion of semester

Placement Experience

1

Students are eligible to enroll in placement cell from 2 semester and from point of veiw I would suggest you not to focus on getting placement from the college , there were around 4-5 companies which appeared for placement. Highes package according to the college was around 86 lpa and average was arounf 6-7 lpa Percentage of students appreared for placement was 25 out of 60 students. My plans would be to go for MBA .

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee is around 3,80,000 and there are scholorships offered in college on the basics of merit and caste also. Complete cost of education till graduation will be around 10 Lakhs as including every spendings as possible Merit based scholorship, PMS scholorship, and there are various private companies which provide scholorhsips to the girls. There are jobs provided by the college to the student, and the offering salary for that was around 15k .

Campus Life

4

Not the fest there were around small camps organised by the various colleges which comes under the University . All the books which are neccesary according to the syllabus are present . There is smart board in computer labs which really helps the proffesors. Nets are there so you can swing your bat around those, and volleyball is quiet famous in our old campus. there are clubs they are not as quiet active as they should be.

Hostel Facilities

0.5

There is no hostel provided by the college but it provides the PG with fee was rounf 7,500 permonth Food offered is average food sometimes less salt , sometimes not at all 3. One has to talk to department itself and its easy process. 4. there are pg which are quiet nearby the college.

Admission

A person is eligible for college if his\her marks are around average in Jee mains. you can also take admission through 12 marks. Application forms on the basics of jee mains are to be held on HSTSES counselling. For the admission date and inquiry keep following the HSTSES councelling process. Reservation benefits are available which include scholarships in fees for household income under 2,50,000. Timing of exams is quite frequent and one should focus on the academics as the checking of the exams is quite serious. Its very easy to get admission to this college.

Faculty

5

Faculty ratio to be specific in our class is 1:69, and overall is about 1:120 as there are more than one faculty for specific subject in Btech department. Faculty is really very amazing as they focus on students and helps them counter those mistakes unlike other colleges professor who just take leactures and focus on attendance only. Teachers are very interractive if they are , but can be ignorant if found to be creating nuisance in classes, proffesors somehow show their haryanvi accent really between the leactures which make it quiet great experience during teaching of leactures.

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are offered with many companies visiting (700-800+). Highest packages can go high (Rs 30-56 LPA), but averages and typical offers vary (~ Rs 6-7 LPA), and placements rates differ by batch. Some students also pursue internships or off-campus jobs if campus offers are limited.

Four campus placements student get eligible after the 6th semester and from 6th semester companies come and they search for their Perfect suit And they just simply Conduct their interviews in the College campus Various companies visited our college like HCL,TCS and many more Offering a basic scale payoff around 6,00,000 Per year. Average package for our college is around three to six lakhs and the highest package a student got is around 54 lakhs Per year. For sitting in placement at least 6 cgpa is required to Get eligible for Placements But most of the companies ask for 7CGPA and above and only few companies are there which demand 6 cgpa students. My planes after getting this degree is Doing a job and then Lumping amount So that I can open up my business in the form of cafe or something else. But somewhere I will like to become nlp engineer As I have interest in sound processing system and AI and being from IT background I have good coding skills and communication skills. Till the age of 40 I Start my own business or a startup. At last but not least Our college has a good placement Drive system And a good academic system too and one can easily prepare for placements if he studies well.

From 2nd year onwards we can prepare for it as we are equipped with hands on experience on multiple projects and practical knowledge. Till now the highest package has reached 45 lakhs per annum. I don't think that percentage matters as practical knowledge is more superior that theory part. I am planning to go for MNCs.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I thought I would have a wide range of options to choose from later. This curriculum prepares us moderately I will say. Academically subjects are what we need, but I feel semesters are too short to complete everything. while semester we are like rushing first minor then within a month we have majors. it feels too overwhelming as we have to do subjects like cs gp too. which take a lot of time. then assignments. then lab workbooks are to be completed then we have to complete the syllabus and then minor and after a month only we have majors it is very hectic.

I had interest in full stack development, wanted to create websites. This course has collaboration with Xebia which provides a better learning approach for full stack No much improvement if the teacher appointed is great Timings of exam is really average but it is somewhat easy. Lookout for some exams because the faculty sometimes makes tough and tricky paper just to fail students
