Course Curriculum Overview

4

I choose mechanical engineering as I have a very profound interest in this field and in the working of machine . Also this college has reputation in Mechanical Engineering. The curriculum is based on the latest education policy and also up to the mark as compared to the latest technology and the requirements of the future generation . Do the curriculum is the very good and very enhancible for the students and they have provided practical knowledge and hands on experience. There is a need to increase more hands on experience as compared to theory part. The teaching methods are very good and the student feels connected to the teacher and there is a better understanding between them and the frequency and timing of your exams are like in every 3 months there is an exam and difficulty level is based to increase the competency level of the students.

Internships Opportunities

4.5

Internship opportunities are available to the students after their 4th semester that is the third year and the fifth semester . There are also industrial knowledge and hands on experience more internships before that .one that got was from HCl for the role of a backend developer in their firm with the stipend of rs.8000 per month . The projects were divided among several interns so as they get real experience after training and can be prepared for the future placements . Nearly 70 to 80 % of students gets internships in the college others look for it on there own . The record is good and also enriches the students with good knowledge.

Placement Experience

The college has a good placement ratio compared to students which comes in the third year of their curriculum and the internships are also very helpful for getting the work experience. Students become eligible for which placements in the air 5th semester. The companies that visit for internship are big names in the industry like sprinkler ,Google, Amazon ,HCL ,tata ,etc . Placements are available for all brands whether it is take or nontech. My plans after getting the taking to work as a core engineer in the Government of private sectors of mechanical engineering and related branch. I am also developing my tech skills in order to enhance my chances of getting employed.

Fees and Financial Aid

The current fees for the year 2023 24 is 229000. And there is a increase in the tuition fees and the fees increases every year the complete cost of the education is the almost 10 lakhs including tuition fees service fees and other compulsory charges like the library charges and the computer fees another development fees taken by the college for the development of students and then first time. The faculty to student ratio is good as there are nearly 2 to 3 teachers for every 60 students and they are very encouraging and also they are very well coming for all the doubts and their teaching method are up to the mark . Almost all faculties are post graduated or PhD holders the Saudi Arab good knowledge about a subject and also teach me efficiently. Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is good. I do not feel very pressure. The course curriculum is design by GGSIPU. There is not spefific reason to choose to this course. It was my childhood dream to become computer engineer. I cant say that the curriculum prepares for real world applications because I am just second year students. The exam conducted on semester basis and its not very difficult.

Placement Experience:

Placements at Jamia Millia Islamia are not too high or too low and depend on the branch. Students can apply for placements starting from their 7th semester. Big companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, and some startups come to recruit. The average salary offered is between 7 to 8 lakhs per year, but there are not many students who get higher packages. About 40 to 60 percent of students get placed. Many students also work on getting into higher studies or look for jobs outside the campus after they finish their degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course Curriculum for ECE in my clg is quite up to date and comprehensive, covering both core subjects and emerging areas of technology, which was a major factor in my decision to choose this branch. Course has a balanced theory with practical exposure, supported by great faculties guidance and well-maintained lab conditions. Also you get to choose the type of minor or specilaization you want to pursue after 1st year. Exams are conducted regularly after each semester, and levels are same as any engineering college would have.
