What Students Say

Likes

Good placements good hostel life good academic facilities

Dislikes

Nothing

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is not that much applicable to the real world job ready application we have to learn and develop skills on our own to be successful as there is only basic languages and core things are there in course which will not that much helpful in understanding their actual implementation.there should be course developed in such a way that students get to know what is happening in world right now and accordingly they study.Midterm Exams are taken once in semester and one final exam at the end of semester level of exam is moderate.

Class Size: 180Course Fees: INR 2000 per year

Placement Experience

4.5

Placements are very good in our college especially for our branch as almost 90 % students gets placed.there are many companies like TCS, ACCENTURE, RELIANCE,ADANI,etc come to get students recruitment average package is 5-6 lpa and maximum is 14 lpa

Fees and Financial Aid

This course will cost around tution fees will be 8000 and other exam fees will be around 7000 so this will cost around 15k.there will be no hike in fees as it is government college. The expenses for hostel and food will be separate from this. For that you can get scholarship named MYSY Or Digital Gujarat.

Campus Life

4.5

The campus life is cool because there are 14 different clubs for different activities you can choose one of them according to your choice. There are many fests like lakshya ,Irada organised for different competition.we also do sports tournament And disco nights in festival.so overall it is very good experience

Admission

Admission process is very simple this is conducted by ACPC.In this we will be given a rank based on our 12th and gujcet result and after getting rank you can apply for the colleges affiliated with acpc and if your rank is within the range then you get admission.Exams are taken twice during semester one is midterm and other is final difficulty level is easy to moderate.

Faculty

Faculties are good they are easily approachable and thay also guide you in whatever things you want to ask also provide some inputs that what should be done to enhance your growth in career as well as person and faculty distribution per student is good as there are 3 division of 60students each and for each subject there will 2-3 faculties teaching you so it is also good.

The parul university review

Likes

The campus view is awesome we all will see new things everytime and it feels fresh at the morning.
The personal development of particular students have been in focus of every faculty which is awesome.
The behaviour towards students of every professor is the best all are understanding and calm towards students.

Dislikes

There is a system of gate pass means whenever u need to go out of main gate with the permission we are not allowed to go.
In hostel the washrooms are not so clean for the students with common washroom hostel
The mess food are boring sometimes and the food of the food seems to be same everytime

Course Curriculum Overview:

- I have a great interest in coding and this field is based on coding so i choosed the computer field. -The curriculum of the college are based on the things which will help us in future for real world application. -The way they i based on pdf means they make a full note of a subject in pdf and explain that and which makes clear to us so I don't think they should change. -There is a enough time to study for exams it depends on us how me manage it and the difficulty level is medium it is based on what we have understood till now in studies we have studied.

My Life at Parul University as a computer science student

Likes

The collage infrastructure is really good and vibrant, it is well developed.
Campus life is really good, there are food courts, playground, libraries avaliable.
The whole campus has wifi avaliable, they've got atm too.

Dislikes

there are quite a few restrictions like no roaming allowed after 9:30pm.
mess food is not so good, its managable but sometimes it feels miserable
for every small thing to be done, lots of paperwork is required whether you need to go outside the campus or needs a NOC

Placement Experience:

in my unversity, proper placements usually start from 7th sem, however after 4th sem, the collage provides the opputunity to go for impact traning if youve got more than 60% in your 10th, 12th and throughtout the semesters from that traning top permorning student get a chance to sit for product-based companies. as of now (jan 2026), the highest placement recorded is 60lpa at microsoft, the average is aroudn 3.5 lps to 6 lpa, most of the recruiting companies are service based such as capgemini, infosys, tcs etc. around 200-250 students gets palce after heavy filtering, i plan to go for higher studies,
