Course Curriculum Overview
So during my time, I was completely satisfied with that quility of study and the relevance for corporate world. They actually make us ready for the same. There were three type of exams which happens frequently just to check the student. Exams were: Unit Test, Half Yearly Exams and pre university exams
Internships Opportunities
I got below mentioned internship: 1: Getmyuni ( Content Intern with 12k per month stipend) 2: BECexpress ( social media marketing intern, stipend based on performance approximately 7-10k per month) 3- Flipkart ( marketing research intern, 10k per month stipend) 4: Ludifu ( marketing specialist intern, 8k per month stipend) 5: Finfish LTD ( sales and marketing intern) I got 4 job offers as mentioned below: 1: Tata Consultancy Services ( HR Executive, 7 LPA as CTC) 2. SBI Life Insurance ( relationship manager, 5 LPA) 3. Byjus ( Business Development Executive, 10 LPA) 4. Flipkart ( PPO of 8 LPA)
Placement Experience
Students become eligible for placement from last year of education. As I got 5 internships offers from 2nd semester onwards and got 4 full time job role offers during my final year of MBA. In MBA, there was approximately 98% of placement and rest decided to go for business. Highest package for MBA was 12 LPA and the availability package was 5.5 LPA
Fees and Financial Aid
So there was flexibility in terms of paying fee as I was not able to pay full fee in one go hence they allowed to pay fee in instalments. First year fee was 1.5L and second year fee was 1.2L that includes tuition fee, books, and other things well, there was no additional charges. I got the scholarship as well in both years of approximate 60k per year.
Campus Life
That experience was full of fun, knowledgable. There were approximately 30-40 clubs for students and all the students were allowed to take a part. Regular events, engaging activities, PPTs and other stuff. College infrastructure is so so good, it was again one of the main reasons to get the admission there. And most of the university rank holders are always from KIET every year
Admission
Students may apply directly as well by the exam as well. During my time, there was a fix criteria of 60% throughout for the direct students and rest as per the rankings. Students may apply directly through college's website or can visit to college for admission.
Faculty
Faculty is really well experienced and talented. Most of them are PHD holders, and they really know well how to teach all the students and the result is that college always gets most of the University rank holders from KIET
