The most thing i don't like for every little Thing you have to write a letter and Get approved by many authorities

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is Good and well arranged but the syllabus followed by teaching is according to curriculum and sometimes teacher is not able to complete the syllabus before exam so prepeare yourself for exam

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 85000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The Fees for academic during my time is 43500/- per semester and the hostel fees is around 85000 but for current year students the academic fees is around 52000 per semester and 120000 for hostel every including laundry

Campus Life

Every year there is 2 -3 night function is conducted and around of every month there is new cultural activities come for the students In library every book is not available Sports facilities is not Good

Admission

The admission process is simple. The minimum criteria to take admission is 60% but sometimes they take admission for 50% of students also but that student is not able to appear in placement. they give scholarships based on the 12, Jee exam. And separate exam Josh conducted by the college

The Faculty interact with Students and listens to their Doubts and problems and Gives the best possible solution regarding their problems. But they do have not much power in their hands. For every PBLM they send to HOD and any higher authority

Chandigarh university , but for real

Likes

campus life is absolutely banger and it is great to have friends here
crowd is bonkers , except some local peeps , they'd be behaving weird
major events like freshers and orientation , they bring crazzy artists

Dislikes

hectic schedules drain the soul of you .
frequent exams test that are totally unnecesary
attendance is another nuisance , having 75 percent is must

Placement Experience:

placements of 2.8 cr occured but it was only one , most of the placements packages go under 8 lpa and extra fees has to be paid in order to be eligible for placement drives and that too doen't ensure the placement

average experience in B.tech CSE with good campus facilities.

campus life and social interactionn : the campus is large and active with many clubs events hackathons and activities students get good opportunities to meet people from different backgrounds and participate iin extrracurricular activities.
faculty and teaching: faculty is experienced and mixed Some teachers have good subject knowledge and are supportive while teaching quality can vary between subjects.
placement and career support: the university provides opportunities and conducts recruitment for drives forn students.

Placement Experience:

IN our college students get placement form 3rd year onwards that is from 6th sem like university provides the students to sit in the placements and many good companies visit like amazon googler infosys tcs and all big recruiters and the highest package is upto 55lacks and ath average package of CSE id 8 to 9 lacks per annum and the placement rate is upto 100 percent.

Exploring life at Chandigarh University

Likes

Good and modern campus infrastructure. The university is large, modern with good classrooms, labs, hostels and tec.
Most teachers are knowledgeable, supportive and explain concepts clearly.
The university provides placement drives, training sessions, career guidance and etc.

Dislikes

Large student intake. Due to high number of students, sometimes it can be difficult to get individual attention from faculty.
During peak hours, some areas of the campus can be crowded.
The quality of hostel food is not much satisfying.

Placement Experience:

Placements at Chandigarh University are generally good, with students becoming eligible for campus placements in the later semesters, dependiing on their course. Many companies visit the campus for recruitment, offering roles in IT, engineering, management and other fields. The packages vary by company and profile with some students receiving high packages while others get average entry-level offers. Placement opportunities depend on student skills, academic performance and interview preparation. After completing my degree, I plan to secure a good job in my field, gain practical experience and continue developing my technical and professional skills.

Likes

The most appreciated aspect was the quality of teaching in classroom. There were structured planning for studies and exam preparations.
The campus was peaceful and the college celebrated every cultural event very enthusiatically covering interest of students belonging from various traditional backgrounds across India.
There was wide spread interest both from students and faculty side for promoting extra cirricular activites and talent.

Dislikes

The way a student raises a complain can be improved.
To allot extra hours for extra acirricular activites.

Placement Experience:

Placements are great for tech and core domains. Alomost every students gets to sit in placement following the eligibilty critera. Many students get double placed and there is a placement policy which allows fare chances of placement to every student.

class size can be large , it helps every child to interact
academic work is quite high , the schedule may feel hectic especially during examination
