Library facilities available which makes reading better
University has a large playground and involves lot of sports opportunities
Has gym to maintain fitness at no cost for students

Dislikes

Teaching methodology of some teachers not good
Poor lab facilities in the department so that we can't learn how the machine is working
Machines are not in working condition in the laboratory

Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum is designed in a way from basics to higher level. It is easy to learn. There are course like professional electives, humanities electives and open electives to enhance the knowledge of students.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 30000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Company who are all coming for placements also providing internships for students. If we approach the department faculties they will also arrange intern opportunities for the students. Lot of internship opportunities are available

Placement Experience

Placement is available in our campus but based on the decision taken by the senior i.e, leaving the company after two or three months stop the industries to select students from the college. But lot of companies are available for placements

Fees and Financial Aid

Fess structure is low as compared to other engineering colleges. The aluminies of the department are providing scholarships which covers the tuition fess of a student per year. Community scholarships are also available for students

Campus Life

College has lot of events. First second year students all the departments will conduct freshers for their juniors. Next the club called student association of arts and science will conduct sampradha it is fresher day. Next kalakrithi an inter college event will also be conducted

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility is but good but the maintenance of the building is poor. The quality food providing by the management is too poor for the fees they are collecting. Taste of food is not upto the mark. Year by year fees gets increasing but there is no change in food and hostel.

Hostel Fee: INR 33000 per year

Admission

We have to apply on the TNEA website. Dates for choosing a college will be announced by the governed and we have order the college based on our preference. After somedays based on our cutoff the college will be alloted

Faculty

The qualifications of faculties are excellent but the teaching methodology has to be improved for some faculties. Professors are good in teaching and insights about how the industry is running and what we have to do for getting placements.

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

High fees the government college but charging high fees making it difficult for students from lower income background to access quality education

Placement Experience:

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.

My engineering cut off is 151.i have already booked a seat in Dr MGR university.But i waited for counseling too .Then before counseling I phone called colleges in Chennai,covai,Trichy I will tell my cut off and they will tell me the fees structure according to my cut off...nearly u have called every colleges in Chennai and Coimbatore sector... While I am calling for DHAANISH AHMED INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY I found that this college provides good education with affordable fees structure and provides good placement too so I came to visit my college.before that in MGR there is no hostel facility for bme students so i was told to stay in pg when I look at that ph photos I was too stunned i didn't even like that place....But when I came to my college I loved the environment and my hostel too so compared to other college I like this one. I chose this college over others like XYZ College and ABC Institute mainly because of its strong placement record, affordable fee structure, and experienced faculty.
