I got to interact with the people from different countries.
My college gave me various exposures. Various kind of fest, hackathon, webinar and many more programs are organised.
Campus is really beautiful and it give all the facilities.

Dislikes

High intake of students. In our cse branch itself there is around 4000 to 5000 students which creates a lot of competition during placement.
Only the topper students get the good teachers.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The course curriculum is really good , the exam frequency is like there is 3 internal exam i.e C.As and 1 mid term and 1 end term . They give us various real world project also which develop our thinking ability.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 120000 per year

Internships Opportunities

4.5

Actually now im in 5th sem on;y so i havent applied for any internship so i cant give much detail about it but alot of companies comes to provide internship so we have to make good projects and keep our basics strong and have a good communicational skills to get an internship.

Placement Experience

4.5

Students are eligible for placement from 5th or 6th semester. College gives a good placement oppurtunities. Companies like google microsoft amazon ibm wipro they all use to visit our college and gives a good packages.

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution fee is less than other private universities. They also give the scholarship according to the LPUNEST exam which is conduct by university itself.Their is 100% scholarship for the student whoi have played for national in sports. Their is also campus employment the works are like data entry , assistance to new students and they pay a good amount for it.

Campus Life

4.5

My overall campus life is good . As im into sports also so i got a good oppurtunities to play .There are gym also available in the campus . Hospital is also avilable so if anyone enters in the campus he or she need not to go out of the campus to get anything.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

In room we used to get one bed one table one chair one almirah and attached bathroom and toilet. Wardens are really good and friendly they also support us in every aspects . Mess food is not too good but can be manageable.Their is free 5g wifi in the hostel.

Hostel Fee: INR 80000 per year

Admission

The admission process was on the basis of LPUNEST exam and JEE mains exam . The application forms are avialable in the college website only.Their reservation benifits for army kids and national sports players.

Faculty

Faculty to student ration is good . But the topper student gets to learn with good teacher and the below average students get to learn with newly join teacher . All the teachers are highly qualified ,their teaching style is also good , they interact nicely in the class.

Exploring life at Chandigarh University

Likes

Good and modern campus infrastructure. The university is large, modern with good classrooms, labs, hostels and tec.
Most teachers are knowledgeable, supportive and explain concepts clearly.
The university provides placement drives, training sessions, career guidance and etc.

Dislikes

Large student intake. Due to high number of students, sometimes it can be difficult to get individual attention from faculty.
During peak hours, some areas of the campus can be crowded.
The quality of hostel food is not much satisfying.

Placement Experience:

Placements at Chandigarh University are generally good, with students becoming eligible for campus placements in the later semesters, dependiing on their course. Many companies visit the campus for recruitment, offering roles in IT, engineering, management and other fields. The packages vary by company and profile with some students receiving high packages while others get average entry-level offers. Placement opportunities depend on student skills, academic performance and interview preparation. After completing my degree, I plan to secure a good job in my field, gain practical experience and continue developing my technical and professional skills.
