Course Curriculum Overview
The rating for the course curriculum in term of relevance and comprehensiveness I'll say is good. It strictly follows the blooms taxanomy. The specific aspect that influenced me to choose my course was the placement provided by this university, the overall curriculum provided, the advanced teaching methods. The staff here is mostly young people which is also a plus point, as they easily understand our difficulties from our perspective. The frequency and timing of exams is a bit hectic which is necessary those who pay attention can easily excel.
Placement Experience
University do have placements drives regularly in almost every field. The best one among them is CSE where some students also get 50+ lpa. Students after 3rd year are eligible for placements. 200+ companies visits the campus every year the hightest one will be more than 50 lpa and the average I'll say is 7lpa. In which more than 60% gets placed. The university also provides opportunities for your own business if one has idea for their business university will be your first investment and mentor.
Fees and Financial Aid
The university has course fee of rs 1.2lakh. The residential apartments fee starts from 120000/- upto 2lakh depending upon your preference for the room space and amenities. Other than residential apartments there are hostels which are less costly as compared to apartments. University also provides scholarships for course fee. There are many types of scholarships like need based (minority,etc.), CUET, JEE, NEET and LPUNEST. Which can provide up to 30% of your course fee. Campus also provides part time job opportunities.
Campus Life
The campus life here in LPU is not less than a roller coaster ride. Almost everyday there will be Atleast one fest. Be it a cultural or Tech fest. The biggest one here in LPU is One - India and many more like celesta. Hosting many prominent figures of Indian industry. There are smart classes in the university. The sports and extracurriculum is also brilliant. Lpu provides special benefits to the sports champions. There are 400+ clubs in the university.
Admission
First we have to apply for LPUNEST exam it's a basically a scholarship test. Then we will apply for the courses and after getting selected you'll fill up the residencial facilities including hostel mess gym etc. There should be more engagement of staff rather than the student volunteers who just created nuisances .The overall admission process was bit easy. University provides shuttle services in various parts of the state where you'll be taken in university buses and dropped in the unipolis there the admission process will be done.
Faculty
The relation between teacher and student in this university is good. Though only few teachers are full of rage. But most of them are kind and helping. Personally most of the teacher I've seen are generous and kind to everyone. The ratio between student and teacher is good. We can always interact with the teachers in their allotted cabins.
