Likes

The historical infrastructure that looks good and it is the oldest university built first outside europe
Friendly staffs and good libraries that has a lot of collection in every field of study
It has three canteens one for veg and other two for nonveg and also as a coffe hut so that we can eat accordingly to our favourable dish

Dislikes

The park and the path way will not be cleaned properly
Information will not be shared properly until the last day of events
Monkeys are more in number which often disturbs the students passing the way

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is based on regulation of the respective year. One regulation will be followed for four years. There are more than hundred colleges affiliated to our anna university which follows our regulation. In the final grading system is done by 40% of the internals added to 60% of the end sem examination

Class Size: 45Course Fees: INR 40000 per year

Internships Opportunities

We went for Highfield tea factory in ooty for an internship of 30 days and they provided ?5500 of stipend. Some of our friends gone to Nestle for a stipend of ?7000/- per month. Aavin is one the important industry who provide a firm support for the internship

Placement Experience

Placement is very good. You can get places in various companies like TCL, infosis, ITC, Britannia etc. mostly they'll select the students based on their project made in their final year and CGPA. Mostly greater than 8.5/10 is a good CGPA

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee Structure is ?20000 per semester and examination fee is ?150 per subject. If we have first graduate certificate we have have an concession of ?10000 in the semester fees. We can even get scholarship from various schemes such as SC/ST scholarship (from government) and from various educational loans

Campus Life

There are many clubs such as filmy hats and Guindy time (photography and videography). Cricket and football clubs. Tamil language development clubs. Right to cinema( club for film industry). They all provide the students an opportunity to showcase and develop their talent and allows them to move towards their talent.

Admission

Admission is really simple. after completing 12th I applied in TNEA and they ordered the students applied according to the cut off and reservation. I got 187.5/200 and rank of 10999th place out of 1.75 students. The eligibility of my course is 187 cutoff as of 2022 for SC quota. Everything is online process except the final fee payment which is offline. If you lag in any steps of TNEA they'll directly call you and guide you

The staffs are very Highly qualified mostly they are doctrates in their respective field and the interaction with students is similar to a friend. They often help us in internship, industrial visit. Guidance regarding examination is very good. Moreover they all have a perfect attitude and punctuality in class timings

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

High fees the government college but charging high fees making it difficult for students from lower income background to access quality education

Placement Experience:

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.

My engineering cut off is 151.i have already booked a seat in Dr MGR university.But i waited for counseling too .Then before counseling I phone called colleges in Chennai,covai,Trichy I will tell my cut off and they will tell me the fees structure according to my cut off...nearly u have called every colleges in Chennai and Coimbatore sector... While I am calling for DHAANISH AHMED INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY I found that this college provides good education with affordable fees structure and provides good placement too so I came to visit my college.before that in MGR there is no hostel facility for bme students so i was told to stay in pg when I look at that ph photos I was too stunned i didn't even like that place....But when I came to my college I loved the environment and my hostel too so compared to other college I like this one. Then other colleges won't allow 1st yr students for internship and other college events but my college provides us on duty so we can freely participate so I love this the most. Convenient and Affordable Campus

I chose this college over others like XYZ College and ABC Institute mainly because of its strong placement record, affordable fee structure, and experienced faculty.
