Remarks

Good security. No smoking campus. Females are secure. Anti-cheating squads. Tours. Veg campus. Good travel facility. 24*7 power and wifi. Ac campus. The campus is too large and has fewer outlets for shopping.

Entrance Preview

After getting the results of jee main, I was not getting my preferable branch. So I had to choose a private college. Now the biggest task was which college should I go for? One with high fees fewer results or another with average fees and great results. then I heard about LPU and contacted them for the process. They told me everything about the process on call. one thing I got to know was they are providing a great platform to learn and develop. That's why I came into the LPU.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Course structure which they follow is completely tech oriented. Means whenever new technology comes they start including them in their course structure. They provide completely separate classes for CCNA, BLOCKCHAIN, AZURE, SAP, SALESFORCE, DevOps, PEGA, CYBERSECURITY, DATA SCIENCE, FULL-STACK, AWS. They also provide nano degrees wavier tie-ups from AUDACITY. All over a great platform to learn according to your interests.

Internships Opportunities

Yes. They provide internships in the last semester of the degree only to eligible students. They conduct their online test and then interview and then select around 50 to 60 students for internships. Actually, these are free internships. No stipends no money demand. They only teach students on various technologies in their infotech.

Placement Experience

5

It is the largest placement giving college in NORTH INDIA. Many renovated companies like GOOGLE, MICROSOFT, DIRECTI, HSBC BANK, VMWARE, INFINEON, SYNOPSYS, HP, AMAZON, HITACHI, HU Visits campus every year where they provide offers to 35LPA. Many other service-based companies like CTS, CAPGEMINI, KPIT, Also visit the campus. They start placements from the march of 6th semester itself.

College Events

5

OneIndia- Largest intercollege fest in India which stays for almost 3 4 days. Where all students of the college participate in many cultural activities like Dancing, singing, painting, modeling, etc. OneWorld- Largest international fest in India where all students from the world participate in the events. YouthVibe- Cultural event consists of all cultural activities.

Fee Structure And Facilities

One who is studying they get scholarships of around 1LP year. So for them, it's affordable. The scholarship is given on the basis of merit they declare after their exam. In which the top 10% get a scholarship of 1lpa next 10% of 80kpa and next 10% get scholarships of 60kpa. So for them, it's affordable. Now someone who takes admission late for them fee is around 1LAcs Per semester. For them, it's obviously expensive.

Fees and Financial Aid

I never availed any loan. But I am on scholarship which I discussed earlier. But college has loan facilities. They provided loans with fewer interests.

Campus Life

5

Campus life was awesome. I will miss these days forever. Senior was awesome no ragging. It was like a second family. I never felt like I am alone. The gender ratio is again very fine. It's around 1:2. Diversity is like students from all over India studies here. So don't worry a person from your region will be here for sure. Dedicated DIVISION OF STUDENT AFFAIRS for extracurricular activities like Modeling, dance, singing, plays. Many competitions like hackathons and moto carts, robot man take place here.

Hostel Facilities

5

Mess food is average but it contains varieties like north Indian, south Indian, continental. One plus point is the whole campus is pure vegetarian. Many offline messes are available outside the hostel within the campus. Hostel facilities are well and good. You can get a room from 1 seater to 6 seaters. Dedicated hostel for girls and boys. Both AC and non AC rooms are available. Non Ac rooms have coolers in them. You get one-ply bed one almirah one chair, one table. And the attached bathroom and toilet in every room. With free wifi and an average speed.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes. LPU has their dedicated alumni network. All seniors are very friendly and helpful nature. They teach us how to survive in lpu. The Alumni network is again good. They do reunions through their dedicated networks.

Exam Structure

The exam structure is completely offline and its practical + theory mixed pattern. Midterms exams take place in half of the semester in which they ask about half of the course and end-term examination take place at the end of the semester where they ask about the complete syllabus. The paper pattern is theory + MCQs. They provide separate or for MCQs.

Admission

I called a particular helpline number and asked about the procedure. They told me that You can come on basis of JEE MAINS score. I went to the admission office and submitted my documents. They verified all my details and gave me a registration form to fill. It was a booklet which I filled. Then they provided me with my registration number and UserId of college.

Faculty

4

The faculties of college were very supportive and experienced and all are pass outs of renovated colleges like PTU, DU, IITs, NITs, and many deemed colleges. They are available for every help possible from their side to students. Also helps in maintaining the discipline by calling at home if attendance is low or the student is creating any kind of trouble.

Placement Experience:

Placements are not that good. Although companies come, there is a lack of mass recruiters or reputed organizations. One has to grind hard here for placements. If you're a CS student, you will have to face immense competition here. As for core branches, placements are severely dry. Students gets eligible in 4th year onwards for placements. Some of recruiters here are Trident, TCS, Reliance, Sonalika and other few. Every company offers around 10-15 selected students for a job. Highest package ever was 15LPA and average is 3.2LPA. Percentage placed is only around 15% here. My plans after the degree are to apply for govt exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The interest in coding influenced me to choose this subject and course. The curriculum gets me ready for a 9-5 job which kind of gets hectic. The teachers could maybe schedule classes to give the students time to study what they want to and if they wish to do a course outside the university they have the time to do so rather than just going by the university curriculum
