Safety and cleanliness of the university more over for outing you need to apply leave request and you will notify to your parents
For every 100 meters securities are there. The campus is in 850 acres full of green
Not only studies but entertainment also there like cultural events sports meet guest visits like PM SIR, MS DHONI SIR and so,on...

Dislikes

No non veg campus is full of vegetarian..
From hostel to main gate around 4 km distance if you want to eat non veg
If you are from south you can't like food in some stalls

Course Curriculum Overview

Inwill rate 8.5 out of 10 fro course curriculum because in first year we will have all subjects and it delivide in to batches like for half students first semester will have some subjects others will have remaining like in second vise versa these defines the management of faculties and it will help students also We will have 3 continuous assessment (CA) every semester 2 will be before MID TERM 1 will be after MID TERM the marks will added to final marks like best 2 will consider I would suggest students to score good marks in trust 2 cas because unuts will less first CA will be in 1 unit and second will be on 2 and 3 units so less subject more marks CA Will be for 30 marks then they will consider best 2 marks and calculate for 25 marks out of 100 in final exams Final marks calculation Attendance 5 marks CA best 2 - 25 marks MID - 20 marks Final will be for 70 marks which will be 50(theory)+20(MCQ) core subject if it is normal one 70 is MCQ it will calculate for 50 marks Total 100

Lpu is famous for the infrastructure mainly campus is in 850 acres with greenary around In university it self we will have medical facilities there are 2 auditoriums in university There is a central library will work 24 hrs during exams nomal days from 6:30am to 12:00 mid night You can issue books on your I'd and take to your rooms for study purpose you need to return in 1 week again you can re issue Sports and cultural events will be going on for 65 days .mainly in university there will be no of clubs for education entertainment and sports also

First of all students need to clear LPUNEST exam and they need to score 60% in their 10+2 Form lpu official website we can find application form There will be scholarship based on their LPUNEST score or jee mains or 10 or 10+2 Semester will be of 4 and half months 2 months mid in next 2 months end term

The first thing I like University is faculty quality . Max facilities are holding doctrates means highly professional members and also University has implemented very successfully mentors to the students means for every 10 students there will be mentor from their respective department for ex of student face any difficulty in studies mentor will follow up by giving inputs more over if we have any doubt in particular subject we can take appointment and visit faculty desk in their staf room for clarification. Faculties are friendly in nature

The infrastructure is great with state of the art labs and equipment
The library is really nice place to study
Lots of hangout spots in and around campus

Less opportunities for core branches as less core companies visit campus
75 percent attendance policy for classes
Very high fees compared to other colleges

Placement Experience:

Companies start coming summer internships in the 5th and 6th semester though ,CG cuts are imposed so very less students are elgible to sit for these companies, The real placement season is 7th and 8th semester and many companies visit campus for placements. around 60 percent students got placed in the recent placement drive. The major recruiters are: Oracle, CISCO, JPMC,Deloite,IBM,ZS etc.

The Scholarship benefit is good when compared to other universities the fee is also not very huge.The Infrastructure of the campus was vast and there arelots of stall to purchase food items etc
There is a big mall through which You can get necessary items .In every hostel you will have departmental stores
The faculty was highly qualified. The Placements opportunities are also good The average was offered was 5-6 LPA.The Lpu newly Launched Education Revolution is very good for students

Dislikes

The mandatory 75% attendance policy for every subject.If you not maintain you will debar from End term examinations which is not all good
The Roads are not that much good .The roads are made of parking tiles instead of Thar
The distance between hostels and main gates are nearly 1.5 -2 km which not at all good .but there e-rickshaw they charge 15 rupees per person to drop from hostel to main gate

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course cirriculum changes every year by rapid changes happening due to AI The University has also launched a new school called School of AI and emerging technologies.from this every year syllabus changesand exams pattern changes .the difficulty of exams is increasing day by day.

Inside NITJ- Beyond the Brochure

Likes

There are 1 AC Lecture complex()LT with almost a seating capacity of 100-120 students, with smart screens and projector.
NITJ has well maintained 4 Girls hostel and 4-5 boys hostels with proper cleanliness and hostel staff.
They are 7 cafeterias in the Campus, including 3 Nescafe outlets,1 dominos and 3 regular canteens that serve food late night.

Dislikes

Wifi and connection issues in the hostels
Slow response to emails and late approval to applications
The ICE department faculty is quite strict. Tough grading system and administration.

Placement Experience:

NITJ has a placement cell, also known as the Centre of Training and Placements(TPO office of NITJ). The placement scenes differ depending on the courses offered. The average placements are 12-14LPA in the Computer Science branch. Every year, hundreds of companies, including Pvt and govt both. PSUs like HPCL and BPCL recruit students based on merit and academic excellence.

The environment of the college is so nice, helpful staff, AC labs for CS deptt.
Canteen and water facilities and park in both deptts

Distance of travelling coz for me its too much far
Nothing as of now everything was good enough

- Limited campus opportunities were available, and most students become eligible from the final year. - The average package was around 2-5 LPA. - after my degree my plan is to improve my employability my strengthening my technical skill in my domain

Good infrastructure, campus and faculty. Have to improve placements and industrial visits.

The campus is very green and clean. Infrastructure is good and one can feel fresh air here in campus
The faculty is excellent, almost all of the professors and assistant professors have a degree from renowned institutes. So they know their subject and field very well.
Hostels are good and affordable. Although the hostels itself are old, services are good and you get a nice room for the price/rent

Dislikes

The crowd isn't good. Always demotivated to do anything productive regarding studies. Some people are just here for time-pass
Very less site and outdoor visits. For practical experience, they should conduct industrial visits, but that happens rarely
Placements are really Dry and there is decline in company visits for placement.

Placement Experience:

Placements are not that good. Although companies come, there is a lack of mass recruiters or reputed organizations. One has to grind hard here for placements. If you're a CS student, you will have to face immense competition here. As for core branches, placements are severely dry. Students gets eligible in 4th year onwards for placements. Some of recruiters here are Trident, TCS, Reliance, Sonalika and other few. Every company offers around 10-15 selected students for a job. Highest package ever was 15LPA and average is 3.2LPA. Percentage placed is only around 15% here. My plans after the degree are to apply for govt exams.

The sports and the various facilities that they provide for relaxing
The Library that remains open till 10-11 at night for those who wish to study till late
Great mentors and very helpful teachers who are always willing to help

The hectic schedule and curriculum that the students have to follow.
The lack of certain facilities that would help the students improve thoer personalities
Too much strictness and restrictions with everything that someone wishes to do

Course Curriculum Overview:

The interest in coding influenced me to choose this subject and course. The curriculum gets me ready for a 9-5 job which kind of gets hectic. The teachers could maybe schedule classes to give the students time to study what they want to and if they wish to do a course outside the university they have the time to do so rather than just going by the university curriculum
