Likes

Laboratory has all working equipment in labs
There is high security and cctv camera in all compus
Professor are qualified and have all research papers published

Dislikes

Campus is very small with no canteen facilities
There is no Sports facility in college..
There is no placement from college side.

Course Curriculum Overview

Bpharm course enables the students to get information about the different fields of pharmacy including cognosy,ceutics, chemistry etc It helps students to get into the fields of drug designing, manufacturing of drugs and R&D.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 90000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

For general category the fees is 90000 per annum For odd semester fees is 51000 For even semester fees is 34000 There is concession for reservation students There is no Sports facilities For international students the fees is 135000

Campus Life

There are many active clubs on various fields like photography, dance, literature, music , drama etc . There is no active student council in the college. There are minimal sports facilities in the college.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility is just bearable there is no concession provided by the government. The hostel warden is good but the hostel mess food is severe many times. Hostel rent fees is 10000 yearly. The mess fees is 30000 yearly

Admission

Admission Will be through cuet exam from this year onwards before that it was on merit basis for which cutoff was 94 percentage. B pharmacy is a major course in this university. All process of admission takes place through online mode .

The professors are well qualified in their fields They have high research experience and are updated in their fields and about the new topics. Faculties provide good quality of study material which enables students to understand the topic.

Just go for it if you want to study pharmacy!!

Likes

International conferences occurs in every two days - huge opportunity to build connection
Famous companies like cipla, sun pharma gives priority for placement
Dipsar itself is a brand, in pharma sector specially in Delhi wherever you go you'll get a special privileges - you'll get recognisation for your merit

Dislikes

Well placement for bpharm is very few... negligible.as most bpharm persue higher study
Dipsar building is very old...so sps has better lab facilities
Aa a student I feel every 15 days I have exams and they are very strict about copy checking...so you'll loss your marks if you are not sincere

Placement Experience:

Well dipsar has high placements for mpharm candidates... during there 1st year actually... Though bpharm 3rd and 4th year candidate also get few opportunities... But most companies prefer mpharm students as mot bpharm holders persue higher study... Last yrs highest package is 12lakh per annum And average is 5lakh per annum As I mentioned previously Dipsar itself is a brand...so you will get preference over other in office campus also... I plan to persue higher study after getting degree... But even if I have to work..Ill prefer to join production or QA-QC department ... Rather than management

Life at Jamia Hamdard University as a Pharmacy student

Likes

Campus is really nice and big with so much greenery with good amenities and good canteens to chill with your friends at break time
Teachers are extremely knowledgeable with good students interaction and great teaching methods
The course curriculum is divided into 8 semesters including theory classes and practical

Dislikes

There curriculum is quite hasty with exams almost every month
Toilets are not well maintained , most of the time there is no proper water supply
No ac classes are also available which makes it really difficult to concentrate in class or exams

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have great interest in the medicine world ,so it is ideal for you to chose this course if you have the same interest. The curruculum includes regular practical classes to prepare us for the real world with good practical knowledge The curriculum can be improved with well equipped and good conditions of the lab. There are 8 semesters with 2 sessional exams per semester and 1 improvement exam which makes you busy whole semester

Pharmacy is life

Admission:

I am a lateral entry So i wrote ECET exam and i joined through councelling, it is an easy process. After a writing an ecet exam depending upon marks we can select college through this councelling process.

Remarks:

The best and worst experiences has revealed by the college and there is no Wi-Fi in the college and best part of my college is hostel and we enjoyed a lot in the hostels. The college taught many things a part from Academics.My college is not bad but it is not good.

The utmost experience and pleased moments.

Remarks:

The best part of my college is fests and my hostel rooms.Rooms are very spacious and 2 members for each room and the fests are top In my total region and we have a canteen it is my favorite spot in college.College enhancedy skills and exposure to the society and the college has changedy life in academically and personally.
