Entrance Preview

I didn't give any entrance exam, I got via anna university counseling. In Tamil nadu HSC score is enof for appearing for counseling and I opted this college for Placement assurance.

Course Curriculum Overview

It's was good, I had many technical papers of my stream such as c, c++ , Unix , database , data structures , automata , artificial intelligence, operating systems etc, also I had many practices papers which helped me a lot.

Internships Opportunities

There were no internship experience because there were no such internship offered at all. I have no idea about stipend. I guess this is irrelevant question because there is no such internship at all offered by my college.

Placement Experience

They provide around 10 to 20 on campus placement drives. And one thing is almost all the companies were consultant company like , TCS , wipro , Cts , and etc.

College Events

Republic day, Independence day, women's day, teaches day, sports day , college annual day , hostel day, symposiums. Inter college competitions and etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

They do provide scholarship , but I guess it's based on performance and scores of the students. They could provide based on the students financial status.

Campus Life

They is bad sports and education balance in this college. Sports are ignored . Library is good , labs are also good but better knowledgeable lab faculty are required.

Alumni/Alumna

I guess there don't exist any alumini network or senior students community. It would be better if they provide one in future.

Exam Structure

Exam were hectic like other colleges as well. Almost every 2 weeks there would be exams , unit tests , model , practicals model and so on.

They very good , not all staffs were expertized but yes few staffs had work experience of it and had good exposure of technical stuffs. They were really helpful.

Overall Good Experience at EEC

Likes

good infrastructure, clean campus and well equipped classrooms and labs.
Faculty members are supportive and explain concepts clearly with practical examples.
Good placement opportunities, career guidance and opportunities to participate in activities.

Dislikes

The workload can be huge sometimes, especially during examinations and project submissions.
some subjects could include more practical and industry-oriented learning
More campus activities and student interactions opportunities would improve campus life.

Placement Experience:

Students can join job drives from the 7th term. Many firms visit the campus for jobs and offer roles in tech and other fields. The pay varies by firm and role. EEC has a good job rate and gives help for job prep. After my degree, I plan to work in the tech field and grow my skills.

An average of more than 90% of rhe students were placed during my term. Companies like amazon, juspay, adobe, hcl, cts, tcs, adp etc came and there are 500 companies that visisted our campus during my batch

Sathyabama is value for money

Likes

the classrooms in specialization are air conditioned
faculty is supportive for academic growth

Dislikes

the attendance is strict at 75% and subject attendances upto 80%
you cannot exit campus before 3.15 pm under any circumstances

Placement Experience:

The placements are very decent and they provide internships as early career opportunities as well in 3rd year of studies and the college possess high conversion rates through these internships which support the resume with actual corporate exposure

This is the best college overall

Likes

The curriculum provided is really nice and understandable.
It is relevant and is effective as well.
The boy girl ratio is on the other hand a little less as in 45:15.

Dislikes

The way some facilities behave with students is really bad especially in our branch.
Some facilities are too rude and they often don’t want to listen to students point of view

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

Placement Training and Career development at CIT

In my college , I experienced diversed equality and gained more knowledge by training staffs and assessments

Placement Experience:

One thing I really need to appreciate at CIT is its placement training program. The placement team conducts regular sessions on 1. aptitude 2. coding 3. communication skills 4. group discussions and 5. interview preparation which helped me feel more confident during placements. The trainers were friendly and always encouraged us to improve our skills step by step. They provide continuous guidance and feedback throughout the training process. Mock interviews and one to one assessments helped me to understand my strength and weak areas and I work on improvements . These sessions not only improved my technical and communication skills but also boosted my confidence . The placement training team played an important role in preparing me for career opportunities and industry expectation

The thing I most liked is the campus the infrastructue
There are a many clubs so it's exciting for people who like other things then studies
The opportunities as well the alumini network

Dislikes

The campus is very crowded there are many people compared to other colleges
The category wise fee structure and the increasing fees
Charges for hostel are little more then others

Placement Experience:

As of my information the placements are pretty decent..first the placements used to take place in Vellore campus but I guess jow they have started here as well ..as of my opinion the placement stars from the 7th semester
