Remarks

There are no negative remarks to say for as of positive you have to gain the knowledge from a library if you are unable to understand the teachings and if any doubts or clarification you can talk to your lecturers.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is simple for the first seven semesters that is for three and a half years. In labs, you have to write two questions of your choice and complete the experiment but in the final semester there will be a project then you get complete the exam.

College Events

In our college we celebrate every day like freshers day, farewell day, annual day, traditional day, friendship day, teachers day, annual college festivals, annual department festivals. We celebrate all these festivals with the permission of our college head or the dean of our college.

Fee Structure And Facilities

We can't say the fee structure is feasible or expensive. It's around 80 K per year and it's a four-year course. The college has a supportive faculty member.

Campus Life

3.5

Extracurricular activities are conducted in our college as the labs are part of our college curriculum and there is nothing separate on this. We have a sports competition at our college like inter-college sports and sports day.

Alumni/Alumna

They help in your future courses and on project doubts and class notes. They help you every time you ask for help without any hesitation. You can believe and trust them to get your work done in class or project.

Admission

I got my admission through management quota as the college entrance exam got completed. At first, I went to the college's admin office checked out the details and got admitted to the college with the course I would like to do and paid my fees and have got the admission.

Faculty

3.5

They are well cooperative and well-addressed ones and they teach each and everything in detail depth and they clear all your doubts whether its in a class or at other times.

Good Campus, Good Learning and Overall Experience

Likes

Good campus with a lot of greenery and a peaceful environment for students.
Teachers are mostly supportive and actical classes are helpful for understanding the subjects.
Good labs, library and sports facilities with many activities happening on campus.

Dislikes

Some administrative work takes more time than expected and can be a little confusing.
Hostel and mess facilities can be improved, especially in terms of food variety and quality
Sometimes the workload and attendance requirements feel a little stressful for students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I feel the course curriculum is quite relevant and covers the important basics of Biotechnology. We get both theory and practical classes which helps in understanding the subjects better. Exams are usually moderate. I think more industry based projects and practical exposure can make the course even better. Overall, I am satisfied with the curriculum.

Best affordable quality college for middle-class

Likes

Good and well-spaced campus of the college.
Good placements with high salary packages at reputed companies.
Good, affordable college for engineering, suitable for middle-class students.

Dislikes

Poor WiFi connection at times, when too many people use WiFi at the same time.
Generator works till 11pm only at normal days.
Hostel food needs improvement, lack of quality chefs.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements after 6th semester. Numerous reputed companies offer placements, to name a few, these are HCL, Tata Consultancy Services(TCS), Wipro, Infosys, L & T, JCB, airtel, JIO, etc. The highest package to date is 27 lakhs per annum and the average package is about 6 lakhs per annum. About more than 85% of students get placed in good companies with a satisfactory package, however, good skills are required for a much higher package. I'll work hard to get a good package at a reputed company.

All about my college and how things are in here.

I chose this college due to the affordability and how near it was to my home. Even while being affordable it provided enough facilities and resources to learn. I didn't get a rejection from any other college. I didn't apply to any other college but i did give jee mains exam and couldn't get enough score to get a computer science branch. Admission process is simple, there is no particular eligibility criteria but maybe a good score in class 12th. Otherwise there is no particular difficulty....Read More
