Likes

Good infrastructure and ful building is fully centralized
Great faculty and they support us whenever we need
University gives good opportunity to develop are personal skills and there are many clubs in which we can participate

Dislikes

As i live in hostel food is not as much good
I dont see any other drawbacks in this unversity but also placement is average
In university the classes are less and students are more

I have choosed this course as i want to do run my own business which can be successful by doing bba course and the university gives us support we can start are startup which benifts the student who want start his/her own business

Class Size: 44Course Fees: INR 70000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Semester-70000 Total-420000 It will increased by 2% by my point off view,there are many opportunities of scholarships before taking admission they have said if you have scored 90 above you will get scholarships and we have also international opportunities

Campus Life

The infrastructure of Chitkara University is good their are individual building for every course and their are many clubs which can develop are personality and their are many shows and events after every 2 to 3 months amd also freshers party

Admission

I have choose this college because my many relatives are passout from this university and their experience was good and i have choose this university rather than other because i have seen more opportunities than other college amd the admission process is simple they take our interview

Faculty

The faculty is very much supporting and they helps us in every situation and their teaching style is also good they dont teach us book language and teach us with real life experiments and if are attedence is less than 75% we cant sit in exam

Placement Experience:

From 5th Semester Students Are Eligible For Placements. Companies Like Deloitte, KPMG, Accenture, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank And IBM. All The Placement Info Is On The Website Itself But The Requirement To Sit in Placements Is Atleast 75% Score In All Of The Sems Combined. My Score Was Not Above 75 So I'm Going For Off Campus Jobs.

Remarks:

The college falls under punjab university which is very renowned. Teaching staff is very good and infrastructure is great. And its in a great city Chandigarh. The hostel is in the college so it is convenient and you get all the facilites.

Honest insider review - Chitkara University, Punjab

There was no such entrance exam sort of thing. they were just expecting a minimum percentage in the boards examination that too was very low to be honest. i didnt found such difficulty for the admission process as i had scored good marks in the 12th board. The application form was available on the official website of the university. The fees has been increased the last time i toook admission. It took 162,000 for 1 yr of college fees. No reservation benifits were availed by me being a GENERAL. Overall, the admission process was easy i found no diificulty. Although, they can improve the communication hrough the intermediater who accepted my form and took me thorugh the admission process. as it was online, i found some difficulty in communicating with themaslso havinng some misunderstandings with them.....Read More
