Likes
- Teaching style and teachers are good and friendly.
- Infrastructure is good eg. your classes are organised and cleaned properly also every class has charging port for every student because we use use laptops, every room has 2 ACs
- There is diversity in college and students are friendly , there are students from all over india.
Dislikes
- Hostel and classes are pretty far away and you have yo walk to take lunch in your mess in hostel which makes it very tiring
- There is too much strictness, you have apply leave to go out if college you cant go out of college after 7 pm if you havent applied for leave veforehand
- There are too many students almost 40000(including every course and evry tear students)
Course Curriculum Overview
Curriculum is well defined and related to course , we are prepared for real world applications we are asked to make cv and present ourselves in front of class , we make our linkedin profiles and we have to upload something on our linkedin profiles Exams are very frequent there are 7 subjects 3 ca evervy subject that makes it 21 tests which are held within 4 months and mid term and end term are other than these
Placement Experience
My college provides placement last year 1100 students are placed and many companies cone to college . Students start to get placement from 5th semester you will get pep class (preperation classes for placement ) and you can start to sit in placement but you need minimum 7.5 chpa to sit in placements I will also try to get placement from college only.
Fees and Financial Aid
I pay semester wise fee my semester wise fee is 85000 ,it is after applying scholarship which is 30% . Without scholarship my fee is 105000 and i pay hostel fee which is 90000 per year My friends who are in ai specialization pay 105000 with scholarship per semester
Campus Life
Overall campus life is good there are ground and instructors for almost every sports and students play very often. There are conserts held in college almost every month , there are guests coming from various fields almost daily There are clubs for everything and there is dedicated building for clubs where clubs have rooms dedicated There is diversity in college and there are students from every state and are very friendly in nature.
Hostel Facilities
Although hostel rooms are small compared to price they take ,my hostel fee is 90000 per year for 4-seater room which is quite expensive but there are every facility like there is constant supply of water and electricity there is 4g and 5g wifi provided throughout hostels Mess provides food for north and south students separately but food in not so good in terms of taste some of the dishes they make are not good
Admission
I took admission in lpu because it was almost at the same level in terms of education compared to other private universities but it had comparitively lower fees and there is more strictness there no elections and good packages as well.
Faculty
Faculty members are good in nature they often tell about what we can do to improve our linked in profile and CV. They often say that you can come go to them if having any dought in courses or any other type of problems. I study in btech cse 3 semester i have 7 subjects and i have 3 CA(ca are like montly test you have them any time your teachers decide when ) in alomst every subject i have 3 mid term exams and end term for all exams(mostly end term and mid term are mcq type )
