The course structure Master of Uban and Regional Planning is very interesting because it motivates us to make people's life better by planning the whole city or town. It makes us feel that we are doing some social work.
Placement Experience
Placement and Internship both the opportunities here are awesome and I got the opportunity to work in the CEPT Research & Development Foundation itself then got placed in HCP Design, Planning & Management Pvt.Ltd. as a planner.
College Events
Events have been awesome here and very much educational and helped a lot in understanding our course curriculum too. Events like Water management: The Third Wave, National Conclave on Urban Sanitation were some of them.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is a little high but I think it's reasonable as the course provided by the university is very helpful in getting jobs and college also helps a lot in getting the best placement.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions
Yes, the college provides scholarships to those students who are financially weaker and can't afford the fees. These scholarships are grouped into different categories.

As I had already so much interest in planning and architecture so I completed my B.Arch from Chandigarh College of Engineering and I was in the search of a good planning college and came across to this college and took admission.

As I was already doing my Bachelor's in Urban Planning from the same University so I had already planned that I will continue my Masters in Urban Planning from the same University.

Placement is well here because the Training and Placement department is having good relations with the industries and as well as with the alumni. Reliance Industries Limited, Feedback Infra, Urban Mass Transit Company Limited, Gujarat Infrastructure Development Board etc are the main recruiters.

For admission, I cleared the entrance test conducted by the University, it is known as the CEPT University Entrance Test. After clearing the entrance test, I cleared GD/PI and got the admission.

Planning a city may be a tough task for normal people but the course I pursued makes it a very easy task like a child is planning everything. I pursued the Master of Urban and Reginal Planning with a major specialization in Transportation planning.

Placement is not an issue here as they start to provide an internship from the 2nd semester onwards and you will get hands-on practice of working in such conditions like you are working in the company.
