- There is a good democracy within the administration and the student council also commands certain power. The views of the students and faculties are kept in mind.

Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is intensively, hard and vigourous but in terms of its relevance, It is very relevant to the real world and has many applications. There are many lectures by unique professionals which are arranged by the university to further guide the students and to give them various experiences. The college exposes the students to become modern architects. there is a focus on using all the new software which are available and not just follow the old ways.
Fees and Financial Aid
The year wise fees is 348000. This is tuition which is the only fee you compulsorily have to pay. Other than this, there is also a hostel fee, which is ?40,000. Wish you can or cannot avail if you wish. There is no mess fee. There are not many scholarships which you can avail, but there are some reimbursement which you can get. The scholarship is completely based on the merit list.
Campus Life
The college is situated in Navrangpura, which is right in the middle of the city. the university area is very safe and quiet. The campus is iconic and very beautiful. The technology, and the infrastructure provided is much better than anywhere else. There are many technical festivals which are held and some cultural events also keep happening now and then. The library has been newly built and is state of the art. The clubs, and the student led initiatives are also welcome in the college. There is always an event every week.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facility is pretty good and clean. There are many students which live in the hostels. there is a bed, cupboards, a fan and lights provided in the room. You can get all the other things which you want yourself. There are no restrictions. There is a hostel mess, but you can order anything from outside as well or get Tiffin services. Registration process for the same as pretty simple. There are also Pg and flats which you can get.
Admission
I chose this college over other colleges because of its legacy and great academics. The program in this college is very modern and unique and teaches the students to follow their own passions. One other point is also the location of Ahmedabad, which is very architecturally, rich and possess many buildings made by great architects and the exposure you get here is unmatched. The admission processes are fairly simple where a list is given out on the basis of Nata and boards. According to this list, the students are offered admission. we just have to show up with the documents and the process is very simple. Other government colleges follow very long processes, and you often get frustrated.
Faculty
Faculty members are real world professionals who guide the students with real expertise. they have great experience and give excellent feedback and offer excellent studios. Some of the studios are really unique. There are not much exams, but there are juries. Some of the great faculties include Smit Vyas, Kashikar Vishwanath, Shubhra Raje, etc. who are all very famous architects. Per semester, each faculty has around 11 to 15 students.
