Likes

Overall the ratio of boys and girls is equally same no difference
Activities that is extra co-curriculum are very good here
The faculty in here is very supportive in every aspect

Dislikes

The need for the college to open the canteen regularly is very needful
There are families residing in the campus which is a little problematic for students as well as families
There’s is a little language barrier for OMS students

Course Curriculum Overview

In terms of relevance:- A well rounded BALLB curriculum should balance foundational legal education with contemporary relevance and practical skills, preparing students for diverse carrer paths in legal feilds. In terms of comprehensiveness:- covers essential topics like constitutional law, contract law, crimina law and torts

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 32000 per year

Placement Experience

The placement has been on a good note since the past 4-5 years. The companies like bajaj, punjab national bank and other companies like this. Which provide a good payscale of around 5-6 lakhs in starting and it increases with the time

Fees and Financial Aid

The yearly fees varies from 32k to 33k for general categories students. And for reservations like sc/st and obc it differs from the type of income their parents are earning. It can vary from 5k per semester to 12k or more for the reserved category

Campus Life

The overall experience include everything that is supposed to be enjoyable in the campus. The environment, the grounds which provide you to roam around in the evening. Where we can play different games with our friends overall it's very overwhelming when it comes to an end

Admission

I've chosen this college bcoz of the structure of the exams and the subject which i would like to choose according to my choices as to which carrier i want to pursue as in option for optional subjects

Faculty

The faculty here is optimised with advanced degrees and relevant industry expertise. The exams here are done semester wise 1 year consist of 2 semester. There are 4-5 exams per semester which includes a optional subject

In my time faculty was great vice principal yutika mam Sara mam
College is very near to station no need of other transport
Area of college is very green when it comes to trees and all

Dislikes

There is no placement by college it's very disappointing
Faculty is changing every year and students demand for old faculty was also rejected by ceo
To much politics by administrator and board members

Being honest my field ask for practical experience and exposure as a student of law my personal development regarding communication skills and other activities participation is what will make me stand in court . exams timings and paper setting in moderate there is nothing like to difficult

SLS Nagpur is superb!

Our of all the Symbiosis Law School, our infrastructure is the best of them all.
From electrifying atmosphere in and around the college to brand of Symbi, our college offers everything a law college can.
Admissions are done through SLAT so only competent students enter our college.

Dislikes

College is still new and therefore placements data is not unified.

Placement Experience:

This year 1st batch of students passed out and nearly 40% students were placed in top law firms. I didn't noticed most as I was busy with my training as from third year students are trained and are asked to upgrade their CVs with top law firms internships as all of this is reviewed by the recruiters.

NMIMS Law School Mumbai has given me endless memories!!

Likes

One can never be scared at NMIMS, Kirit P. Mehta School of Law as everyone is treated equally.
Since the college is in Mumbai one can make really good connections here.
Our building is a new building and is fully air-conditioned as each corner of the building we have AC feel.

Dislikes

Campus is very small as most students who come on their car has to park their cars off campus.

Placement Experience:

NMIMS Kirit P. Mehta School of Law Mumbai is best when it comes to law placements. Corporate Law is the biggest takeaway here and therefore most students here are placed in corporate as insurance and asset management companies are the ones that gives placements opportunities to students of our college.

College mainly focuses on on field work. Ehich is the thing i liked most
They give many opportunities not even in academics but also in many aspects
Teachers and faculties are very well trained

Dislikes

About the exam section. I don’t know what they think of themselves. They just ignore students who go with there queries
Security guards troubles very much for identity
College online platforms are too much slow

ILS Law College - One of the best college of India

Likes

beautiful campus. Green and spacious with amazing connectivity from the city
Pune is a great city for students, in terms of opportunities and safety
alumni base of the college is amazing and placed at very good places and they are very helpful

Dislikes

course curriculum should be updated and revised
administrative staff should be more student friendly
some amenities are privatized, they should be made exclusive for students

Placement Experience:

ILS Pune has decent placements. Companies that visit campus for placements are as follows - AZB & Partner, Trilegal, Khaitan & co, ICICI bank, HDFC bank, DSK legal, bharucha and partners, Crawford bayley and Co. etc. Approximately 120-130 students sit for placements each year and 50& of them get placed each year. Students become eligible for placements in 9th semester, 5th year Highest package - 22 LPA given by Trilegal Average package - 12 LPA I plan to pursue litigation in Delhi and not sit for corporate placements

woah what college I picked

Likes

classes are good and well built also there are fans in every class.
the toilets are big they also contain mirror and a bed for student comfort
the corridors have great ventilation as there balconies and each class has atleast two windows

Dislikes

teaching staff is a bit not likable they are strict in things they shouldn't be strict and vice versa
the placement of the fans is very odd only a certain area and others get soaked in sweat
the college is not as good as they take the fees and the staff is major problem

Course Curriculum Overview:

yeah yeah the course is good but not that good to be really honest the course is irrelevant and contains various useless things in syllabus and not the actual law related things also the question paper pattern is not at all they make it nearly psychotic to solve the paper and it is really wierd the course is not that good.

Review of not much renowned but good law college

Likes

Faculty of the college is really good, supportive and experienced
Principal of the law college is really supportive and looks forward towards the development of students
College has Naac A grade which will further get improved in next cycle which is is in December 2024

Dislikes

Infrastructure of the college is not that good.
There’s a compulsory rule for attendance due to which teachers sometimes hault your hall ticket for few days
Timing for first four semesters is 12-4 which leaves you with no time left in the day

Placement Experience:

There are in campus placements, i wont say everyone secures placement but a decent number of students get placed and the avg. package is around 5-7 LPA. This year also many firms and companies like Bajaj Allianz, lex credence, First Cry etc, visited the college.

The library is holding more than 25000 books and bound volumes covering various fields of study ranging from law to social science.
Our college organize various competitions like, the National ppt competitions, debate competitions, essay writing competition
30 to 40 percent Students of Manikchand pahade law college got placed in various companies like Bajaj, Mahendra and others

Dislikes

There is small canteen, with less no of food stuffs and it is in open area that is not suitable for every season
Examination timing is not fixed that crate a big mess in our lives, it gets postposed every 2 to 3 times.

Placement Experience:

Manikchand Pahade Law College has a placement cells which helps students to get placed in high profile companies like Mahendra, Infosis, Bajaj and many more. Approx 30 to 40 percent student get placed through that and other go for the any government examination, litigation and masters. the average pakage is evolves around 7 to 8 lakh.

i like the environment, opporutnities provided to us and mainly the exposure as a law student.
cells, committees, competitions all gives us a good heads up.
faculty and library. teaching ways are too good.

placements are very nice with students being recruited at very high packages. companies like TRILEGAL, AZB PARTNERS, ARGUS PARTNERS, CAM, SAM and international companies too have come to our campus. with that, banks, in house companiesand certain other join to help our students get recruited. highest package has varied from 18 to 20 lakhs.

MNLU MUMBAI, IS IT WORTH THE HYPE?

Placement Experience:

The placements are quite good there are 6 to 7 students who have got PPOs in their 4th year itself. All the famous law firms come to our college, the advantage we have over the other colleges is our location, as our college is based in a prime area of Mumbai, so all the famous law firms' offices are quite nearby. Maybe around 80 percent of students get placed by the end of 5th year, and our placement cell is also very efficient and works very hard for the students.

All about Sinhgad law college

I choose this college because here the curriculum is really good and the faculty is really sweet and helpful. Some colleges have strict attendance which doesn't allow student to do internships where as Sinhgad law college doesn't have strict attendance structure which allows students to do internships, which is really good. The other colleges provide internships and placement where as Sinhgad law college doesn't have any prominent cell for the same, which is the major drawback of this college. Sinhgad Law College is awesome

I applied for ILS LAW COLLEGE PUNE but couldn't make it as it's a marquee college. Symbiosis Law School was on my mind but that's too expensive for my liking, hence Sinhgad Law College became my automatic choice. CLAT score is considered as there are no direct admissions here.
