There are many types of activites included in the collage
Collafe provides u with good infrastructure.
Collage provides u with the new technology of pc in the labs

Dislikes

Collage dose not allow the students to go out before 3:30 in afternoon
To study in college student need to buy dress from the college itself and it’s expensive
The amount of fine is very high compare to other collages

While i am studying in 1 st year thats why I didn't experience any internship and anything But ys I listened this from my seniors that the college provides u with the internship at the feild u are studing

I study in chitkara university studying in the course bca with a fee of 60000 pee samerster (6 months ) my course includes 6 samesters (3years) my fellow mates also study in the same collage in diffrent stream bba with a average fee of 70000 per samester

My experience according to the campus life was neutral like i like it as well as i did not like it There are many clubs in yhw collage in which u can take part They organise many competitions in the collage

I choosed this college because its the one of the renowned colleges in india in providing education internships and jobs As compare to other colleges my college is good as well as bad i think in some ways thry are strict while other colleges are not There fines are high compared to other collages etc

The faculty members of the collage will work according to there mood if they have mood to do the work then only they ill do that. There are three types of written exams in the collage in my stream. St1, st2, and externals from st1 and st2 which will socre high that will be considered

Reality of BCA in Chitkara

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is is desgined nicely but the lectures is bit boring. I choose this coures because i have grea interest in programing. They and make lectures bit more engaging. The difficulty of exams aren moderate and all are in campus(offline).

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for placement in thier final year. The companies which visited are college for placements are nescafe,tata, ayurveda etc. The yearly package is 1700000 and the average package offered is 700000.

Good enviroment but bad accomodation

Placement Experience:

for the placements for bca is not very good for getting placement u dont have to get backlog in any subject. not good companies are coming this year in the collgege. they give you 2 options that is on campus and off campus placement but due to not many good companies come in the placement many students in bca opt for offcampus placement in this year. and if any company come in college for bca mostly they are for sales position with less stipend

I had a good experience in MCM

Placement Experience:

Students can attend placement seminars in their last year of graduation. There are mostly placement offers for the role of sales and marketing or chat-call executives. IT companies do visit also but very rarely and they only hire only 5 to 10 candidates. There are sometimes unpaid internship opportunities available too.

Remarks:

A very active college, which cares for the overall development of the students, with good number of placements. The college is serious on discipline not like other colleges. Which surly helps students in their futurel. Its environment is really helpful and caring. And it is considered the best college in the city.

Nothing is negative remarks about the our college. There are so many positive aspect of our college. College are situated on the laps of nature, and all type of transport are available. Near railway station are available and off course college is situated just behind the N.H.

Honest insider review - Chitkara University, Punjab

There was no such entrance exam sort of thing. they were just expecting a minimum percentage in the boards examination that too was very low to be honest. i didnt found such difficulty for the admission process as i had scored good marks in the 12th board. The application form was available on the official website of the university. The fees has been increased the last time i toook admission. It took 162,000 for 1 yr of college fees. No reservation benifits were availed by me being a GENERAL. Overall, the admission process was easy i found no diificulty. Although, they can improve the communication hrough the intermediater who accepted my form and took me thorugh the admission process. as it was online, i found some difficulty in communicating with themaslso havinng some misunderstandings with them.....Read More
