I am completely satisfied with my college... Teachers are good.. colleague good... Good infrastructure... Good architecture... Good lab facilities... I would recommend any students to study in this Hospital... You will get what you need... What you deserve

After 4 years of course completion.. one year house surgency is to be done in the same college... Yeah, the college provides an internship... I have not yet completed my course... But soon will... The stipend nearly 40000

We enter the college through merit list... So there is a minimum fish expensive... The expensive is usually 25000 per year. the money is extra needed for buying instruments books and other study materials...

The college provides loans and scholarships for SC St oec students... But the mess fees and the hostel accommodation fee are musts... Also, one student will get only one scholarship... According to Government terms

Told... You have a lot of extracurricular... Sports day... have a 'not bad' playground... We have types of equipment for playing caroms football cricket badminton table tennis especially... Prizes are given to the winners in sports events... Good lab facility

Alumni/Alumna

Senior students are good... Helping mentality.... Very much practical in Arts fest science fest medical camp and all other youth festivals and also on special days like Onam Christmas Deepavali... They are also helpful in helping to study

We have an entrance exam which is government merit list based... Multiple choice questions will be asked .merit list is published later... According to the list, we can apply for different medical colleges all over the state

Faculty

some moderate faculty....good overall... The teachers are also good... OP... It..... Et cetera for student purposes means studying purposes... Good lab facilities... Hostel facilities there... Mess facility

Life of an MBBS student

Likes

The faculties are really good. We have amazing doctors.
We have a lot of facilities available in our hospital.
There is insurance in our hospital so it is better for financially backward people.

Dislikes

The management is not very good. If the fees are paid late they do not allow them to attend classes.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Our curriculum is very good and it covers everything that is needed to become a doctor. The exams are quite difficult which is needed. Even if anybody fails the exam they keep another one in a month which allows us to save a year and continue with the rest of our peers

EXPERIENCE

Likes

Better hygeine , clean and peaceful surronding for a student to study.
Extra curricular activities: like sports , arts , quiz competition , cme programs are held for better purpose
Lab facilities are presnet for better teaching .

Dislikes

No proper campus for relaxation and extra time after college.
Building is under construction with workers most of the time.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum we follow is cbme and they provide with us a better competitive areas and competancy based learning. We have feild works and community works than the collge areas . Will let the student to think out of the frame . The exam that are held in colleges are mostly difficult bout not that difficult that an average peraon can acheive mark if they work hard or give their mind to the subjects.

The eligibility for the MBBS exam is to qualify the NEET exam . The admission is done through both state and All India quota. Reservation of seats is done. The Neet exam is done in once per year and it is moderate to difficult level of exam....Read More

Overall view about manjeri medical college

I was first alloted to govt medical college kannur where there is severe ragging and the hostel was very pathetic and the atmosphere was very bad there.but here the atmosphere is very good and the campus and hostel are ragging free.and I couldn't make up to the higher colleges.the admission to this college is made through neet exam and the cut off to my college was 672 which was my score...Read More
