- Infrastructure is really good everything is in right order
- Diversity is really good you can meet a lot of international students here from various countries
- Management is very good and in very well ordered, and you can get access to anything thing through University portal
Dislikes
- Faculty is not that good it can be better based on Amount of fee they take
- The hostel strictness is too much you need to apply for leaves even if you are going out for a day too
- Sports is too much overcrowded only the physical education students get more preference in sports.
Course Curriculum Overview
Well they had industry ready syllabus so I chooses it The curriculum is good but you need to study yourself too and not leave it on faculty only. They should remove those soft skills in the last semesters as it is of no such use. The frequency and timings of exams was really good and smooth
Internships Opportunities
Capgemini, Accenture, optimizer etc average stipend was 30000 roles were many but most comman were related to development Projects are not specific it depends on company what project they want but you can do projects in any language that company requires
Placement Experience
They become eligible from 5th semester No of companies visit was more than 300 and offers made are not having number. The highest offered was around 44 lakhs and average is 4 lakh Around 95% get placement My plans after degree is masters
Fees and Financial Aid
The year wise fee i paid was 160000 including scholarship, this fee included examination fee also if you apply for lpu nest in early phases then you can get more scholarship, my batchmates some of them paid only 120000/ year , If you jee scores are good you can get scholarship on that term , or you have to give lpu nest exam and based that you can get scholarship it's mentioned on lpu website also" lpu admission " Now if you want to apply for placements you have to pay extra 14000 but it keeps increasing every year along with course .
Campus Life
There are a lot of tech festival and many more are held famous fest are one world one india etc The range of books is more than 10000+ Facilities are smart boards and industry level labs Sports and extracurriculum is best you will get in any of University with every sports having national and international level There are tons of students social groups for which you have to visit dsw division of Student welfare wing
Hostel Facilities
In hostel room there is a fan Almera table and in every floor there is seperate water cooler for every block Hostel needs to be booked through website only there is 2 seater 3 seater 4 seater dormitory Or you can rent a room outside hostel but it's better to opt for hostel in first year
Admission
I applied to Mumbai University, cv raman and some colleges in Bangalore but as lpu was nearer to my home so I choosed it and also I wanted diversity so lpu had it. No I did not got rejection from other colleges i just wanted more diversity which lpu provided The admission process is simple if your jee scores are good you will get admission or simply you have to give lpu nest and based on lpu nest you will get scholarship and admission
Faculty
70:1 is student teacher ratio, the faculties are approachable you can visit them anytime in their cabin. I like the soft skill teacher as she was very helpful, vaishali mam. Faculties i didn't like was Ramesh Kumar as he was very rude There are two exams and assignments one exam is your mind term and other is end term at end of semester, exams are not that difficult to pass it's manageable. The course curriculum for cse was good and they keep developing it.
