Likes

The college gives more freedom compared to some private colleges.
The college management was good and faculities was more supportive
good infrastructure facilities and good playing ground.the technical societies in this college was very active

Dislikes

In lab they uses a bit older technologies
the syllubus followed by the universities was older technologies
On summer days the water was limited in this areas

Course Curriculum Overview

The syllubus followed by APJ Abdhul Kalam university was an little bit older. The AI is growing now a days. but the syllubus followed by te university are the technology in the second world war. The semester weas very rush.we get only 3-3.5 monts for an semester.

The placements in our colleges was avearage compared to CET GECT etc. Their was a good opportunities for computer science students.Most of the compamnies coming for placements was IT based. Their was less opportunities for civil and mechanical department students in placements

Fees and Financial Aid

The year wise fee I'm paing was 8000. In addition to that their will be an Sem exam fees and fees for arts,culturals,lab fees etc. So annually i will pay almost 11000-15000 for general category students the sem fees is 15000.Also i have an scholarship called disabliliy scolarship for disabled students which will pay 28000 rupees yearly

Campus Life

Overall the campus experience was good.the management give more freedom for students compared to other private colleges.the clubs in the colleges are more active.E Especially technical clubs and union. The college was more famous in sports achievements

I'm comming from calicut, the capital city of malabar.so in the malabar areas NSS College of Engineering Palakkad was the on of the best colleges under APJ Abdhul kalam university.and also the college was the 2nd colklege in kerala for engineering studies. So their academic achivements,alumini support in placements and developments in colleges was truily appreciateble

The faculities in this college was more supportive .Have college libraries, department libraries, Labourateries etc. The internal marking scheme followed by the college was 10 marks for attendence, 15 marks for assignments, and 25 marks for series exams.Their are 2 series exams conducted by the college in an semester out of 40.

An overview of RIT

Placement Experience:

Upon reaching s7 students are invited for campus placement but they have to pass different criteria to become eligible for attending the interview, a minimum cgpa of 7.5 and academic skills a these are the basic requirements and an aptitude test will be given and in further selection these criteria are looked. I plan on pursuing a job after completing by btech. More than half the students in a batch are getting placed usually.

My Review about MDIT Kozhikode

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is excellent because it contains so many informative ideas and the practical lab is the best. I chose this course to get an idea about the civil engineering field and i m satisfied with it. The faculty members are very supportive and helpful. The student ratio is very low. Faculties at our college are MTech holders and PHD also. There will be two series exams and one university exam in each semester and there are eight semesters in Btech.

A honest review on NSSCE Palakkad

For admission,you have to write KEAM examination amd secure a decdnt rank as this is one of the most demanded colleges in kerala.You have to appear in allotment process and join if you gets tge allotment.The admission procedure was so smooth and as per KEAM rules. The course Instrumentation and control was available in very few colleges in kerala and this is the only government institution provides this particular course. I had applied for top colleges in Kerala for Engineering studies. I got admitted to NSSCE. I'm so glad that I'm a student of NSSCE. Admission to NSS College of Engineering. Mainly through KEAM Entrance examination conducted by the government of Kerala: General Quota, Reservation Quota are through KEAM Entrance examination of that year. You should have good marks in PCM subjects in the 12th standard. You should perform well in the KEAM Entrance examination of that year. Try solving Objective questions as many as possible. You definitely have to work hard to get admission to premium colleges like NSSCE. Management Quota admission: Should have good marks in 12th standard. Should quality KEAM Entrance examination of that year. Should have a good academic performance history. Admission to NSSCE is highly competitive. I had studied my higher secondary course in a subject combination of Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology(science). Along with the higher secondary course I went for entrance coaching in a coaching centre. I was more interested in mathematics than biology so I focussed on engineering entrance exams. After entrance admission to engineering colleges are based on allotments set by our priority and merit. I opted NSS college of engineering since it is good academics and facilities among the engineering colleges in Kerala and also it is the closer my native district. The college has a nice ambience, qualified faculties, better facilities and very active in academics and co-curricular activities.
