Too much of events and crowd is mostly busy eith that
Not everyone is okah with sooo and there are pepole with multiple backgrounds soo
And giving the authority to the students irrest

Course Curriculum Overview

So 2 sems each year... and exams used to be every 2 months internals and externals respectively.. internals used to be simple with assignments and tasks.. whereas externals used to be proper pen and paper work..

Internships Opportunities

The interns were mostly obviously chosed as juniors and the positions were depending on your chosed priority subject like HR. Marketing. Accounts and finance etx. So the roles used to depend on that.. Honestly if you are from wealthy background Pillais is heaven for youuu. If not like me then you have to rub your ass off i dropped after SY.. due to not allowing me attendance concession and i was and am working for myself

Placement Experience

After 4th sem you are eligible for placements.. TCS Wipro Hexaware Concentrix Were the major comoanies... 50% of the students got placed.. Highest package was 17 lacs per annum whereas the lowest was 3 lacs.. which was fair enough

Fees and Financial Aid

The total fee for FY. Bba was 110000. I paid it in 3 installments and I opted for pillais as BBA was very new in the market and mumbai university was not providing BBA so somaiya and pillais were the only option and somaiya charges around 210000

Campus Life

Starting with freshers, each snd every day is celebrated each snd everything. Alegria is the biggest fest of mumbai which is from pillais for minimum of 10 days... absolute stars from bollywood singers rappers from abroad.. amazing experience

Admission

I applied for somaiya as well.. but due to fee i joined here.. admission process is not too lenghty you can just apply online or collect form from the campus and thats all submit the form eith the part or full fees

Faculty

The ratio was fine but quality was not too much of favoritism too much off arrogance in faculties.. and not giving attention to students who are woking not giving attendance to them. Personally i was working so not a good experience for me

Dislikes

The hostel mess food lacks variety and quality, which is a frequent concern among resident students.
The placement department needs improvement as more core internship and job opportunities could be provided for undergraduate finance and BMS students
There is a lack of student-accessible Wi-Fi facilities across the campus premises, which makes online research difficult during college hours.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the BMS (Bachelor of Management Studies) course primarily due to its highly comprehensive coverage of core business aspects specially human resources. The curriculum is well-structured to offer a deep understanding of corporate administration and strategic management, which strongly influenced my decision to enroll. Regarding the examination structure, semester exams are conducted systematically every six months, with internal assessments, assignments, and class presentations spread across the term. The timing is generally manageable, and the difficulty level ranges from moderate to high, effectively testing a student's analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities rather than just memory recall.

Best College with Loving Memories

Admission:

The admission process is easy in my college. Students do not have to appear for any Entrance examination. For Taking admission in B.M.S course, students should get minimum45% marks and reserved category students should get 40% marks in Xll Standard.

Review for Pillai college of arts, commerce and science

I applied for SIES college of Navi Mumbai and also I got confirmation of admission in this college in 5th round but already in 3rd round my name came in pillai college. So I took pillai college and also it is near to me for travelling as compared to SIES college. Admission process is first of all we have to fill Mumbai University form online then we have to fill personal college form for selection of the course and the college form charge is 200rs, after the submission of form we have to wait for 1st,2nd,3rd list, their are only 3 list but in that also your name is not mentioned then you will get admission by donation. Also cut off for my course is 63%. And no other entrance exam we have to give. Admission process is good....Read More

Pillai College : "A VIBRANT HUB OF LEARNING AND ACTIVITIES"

For the candidate to be eligible for pursuing a BSc computer science degree from PCACS needs to have passed 12th with mathematics as one of the subjects in their HSC and should have secured above 60% in their HSC exam. Application forms have to be collected from the college office and while submitting the application form candidate have to submit their documents that are specified by the college, no application fees is there and we have to collect the application forms when the admission dates are released on PCACS official website and have to submit before the date given for form submission and wait for the merit list to be released and then the admission fees paying process starts.
