Course Curriculum Overview
The course has various Benefits which focuses on the overall development of skill set and personal learning about finance. I have selected BBA in finance and I have learnt a lot about personal finance, corporate finance, taxation, auditing, etc. The curriculum also provides us the overall outlook on the real world scenarios, which helps us prepare for the interviews in the corporate world the course can improve by providing additional training, and internship opportunities to students. So students can gain more exposure and learn from working as interns. the timings for the exams, usually are for three hours from 9 AM to 12 PM, and the difficulty of exams are moderate to slightly difficult
Fees and Financial Aid
The course fees per year is 130000 initially and we also paid 160000 but later in the mid sem and final year the fees was brought down to 130000 i was given a scholarship of rs.10000 for scoring above 80% in my boards
Campus Life
Campus life is average because of the small campus, but it also has various different activities being conducted on daily basis which makes the campus life extraordinary. it has a vast basketball court and sports room also has a canteen for refreshment
Admission
I chose Presidency College over at the colleges because it has NAAC ranking plus it is an A+ accredited Collage and has an autonomous syllabus and also focuses on more extra curriculum, activities and other activities which helps the students to improvise on their skills and also help them to Gain exposure through various events/programmes conducted by the college. Also, the syllabus of the college is washed and covers all the essentials. it does not over pressurise the students with the course, but instead help them to focus and complete the assignments and study for the exams with their interests
Faculty
Faculties are very skilled and have a great understanding towards the students. Classes are very interesting as they bring in new ideas to understanding difficult concepts in an easy manner and the assignments are also very much subject oriented so we maintain a skill set and also develop new skills there used to be weekly tests for making students analyse their standings in the course but now it has mid terms and final sem exams only but teachers do conduct small tests so the students are more practised and are on track the assignments were initially made to be written in the bluebooks but later they were made to write in an A4 sheet with a acknowledgment sheet attached to the front page now the assignments are made digital so students can complete the assignments at their comfort and upload them on time the college is improving every day with new changes in the curriculum
