Course Curriculum Overview

5

Timings are very nice 9:30 to 4:30...beautiful classrooms and punctuality of teachers Teachers usually criticize our work to motivate us to do better and unleash our potential ..clg can ask teachers to be polite only one that is rashmika. No exams yet ..but the submission are very hectic

Internships Opportunities

2

I have not passed out yet but as far as I know there are no internships the internships are very less so only the best ones are getting the intention and the company is like Google and usually students don't directly go for job after bachelors day prefer to do Masters so I have not sure about it

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee remains same for all the 4 years. Paid yearly fees in 2 installments. The fees is same for all the category ie obc, sc, st etc. People who got good rank in uceed exam got scholarship upto 25 %....fees is almost same for all the designing courses....visual art students have less fees compare to us design. Scholarship is gave on base of cgpa for 2nd 3rd and 4th year in 1st year we have to get exceptionally good marks in their entrance to be eligible for Scholarship...or Scholarship is given on the base of uceed score

Campus Life

3

in our college there are many events but those are unofficial once we didn't have a freshers but we did have a unofficial freshers in a club at Koregaon park and there is Onam there was even a Garba event but due to some reasons they cancel that we had got ready and the Garba was started the dancers were happening but one teacher came and stopped us because there was exam going on next building there are many clubs there is photography club sinking club dance club classical dance club we even have space club technical club and even sports we have an audition for sports to get into the club and its a little hard to get into the clubs because the competition is very high as everyone is very much talented but MIT is not focusing on all of these as they want students to be brilliant in their studies I suppose because there is no official events happening is well for entertainment of the students there is a lot of focus on Academics and study related things

Admission

I had applied for many colleges for example MIT Loni used Parul UID NID NIFT I was getting NIFT and UID even Parul but I decided to choose MIT because one of my friend was in that college and the movement they have shifted the design in a new building the faculty has also improved there are many visiting faculties and many interesting things can be learnt from them so I chose this college and even there are many programs that happen here so to get into this college there is a three step verification that they do first we have a exam which is based on MCQ portfolio round an interview and the total sum should be more than the cutoff of the exam cut off and then we get into the college my friends were even in the waiting list so there are many rounds around three rounds that they do to get into the college usually these colleges are on the Hilltop or where the facilities are not available but the Kothrud area is very nice and Pune is the most preferable to study

Faculty

3

We have around 7 to 8 subjects and 1 teacher for each subject and strength of my class is 28 ...doubts are cleared easily because there are many faculty to ask help for. Many students fail in yoga . But as its design no one fails in 1st year we have yoga exams peace subject exams ...and the collage has continue assisment so no exams expect for that Aaditya sir and sharmishta mam are the best even Sachin sir..rashmika mam fashion teacher is very disrespectful and over

Interview Experience

4

there was no written exam offline at such the exam was completely online there was a MCQ test and few drawing questions which we had to submit the exam process was a little tough there was no cheating allowed the experience overall was very nice the interview her had asked basic questions like why this college why design and why do you want to do visual communication I had joined a coaching silica to prepare for these exams which helped a lot and if you are not preparing since 11th and 12th it will be very difficult to get into design colleges

Other Applied Colleges

Yes, the college management sometimes are unwilling to communicate properly which is very rare, when such situation happens and lots of details involved, otherwise the management is very good.

The MVP college is one of the best Architectural and Design colleges in the region. I have a lot of fond memories of college. I am glad that I chose this college for my bachelor’s. That one decision changed my life and shaped my career in a way Gaudi would shape his buildings.

NIFT has its own entrance exam which happens in February every year. I got an AIR for 42. Why I chose NIFT can't be answered very logically, I didn't want to do sheetu everyone else was doing, I can just put it that way and Nift being the best in the course I opted for it.
