Course Curriculum Overview

3

The curriculum of our academics are really helpful for the understanding and learning factor. im from kerala and in kerala there are not so many colleges with aeronautical so Getting an aeronautical degree was my dream so i came to here the cbcs. choice based credit system helps us to choose our course and faculties for our own likings so we can have a stress-free education and if we are able to complete the credits before 4year then it's good for us right and the curriculum consists of intership and all.

Placement Experience

5

Campus Life

2

Lavaza is the annual fest of our college along with different other festival programs such as pongal, onam, Navaratri, vinayaka chathurthi etc.lavaza is not good comparing to other colleges annual festival.just a program in the name of annual program that's it also the college doesn't invest much on these entertainment of the students there's plenty of hackathon and codethon for enhancing academics Central library of veltech is really good divided into 4 such as school of mech school of computing, school of communication and school of mathematics and media.these library also have digital library with E-Journals,E-Database,Web of Science,Scopus,Kindles ans cds With access to NPTEL, SWAYAM, Coursera, EDX, Udemy and Allison Classroom doesn't have much facilities not even air conditioned every class room have a projecter that's it not even smart boards are available in class and still in torn table and chair There's clubs like music and dance and just that there's a insta page name veltech confession about the students life in campus

Hostel Facilities

2

Hostels have Water coolers everywhere, High-speed wifi,Gym ,CCTV, Ambulance service, Security guards,Atm, washing machine, mess,Ground We have very good menu and quality food with a good quantity chicken and egg every day except Saturday, and various north and south Indian menu every day Pg also available around the campus in morai, vellanur, kovilpathaga and avadi We have 5 hostels such as.b3 ,prince ,queens, kings and velvinayaga These hostels have biometric on the entrance so only those students who resides in specific hostel can only enter.

Admission

I did applied to hindustan and srm before this college.but veltech was having really good communication than other colleges and srm was having very heavy fee structure.srm is a very expensive College and a middle class guy like me can't afford it.hinduatan was good except their hostels.i got admission on both college but i choose veltech over srm and hindustan.the hostels of veltech are goid with good food gym and always bus service to campus and not so expensive campus and taking admission in veltech was very easy their staff will always accompany us to the admission documentation and they will provide us a vehicle for the transportation also and veltech is having alot of campus selection and different companies for placements and international intership too so i chosed veltech over hindustan and srm

Faculty

3

The faculty students ratio is 30 and faculties are really friendly we can choose them through the ams portal and once we are in their slot we will be added to the WhatsApp group and they are always communicating Jaganraj ,gowtham ,nithya these faculties from aeronautical department are my favourite coz they're always supportive and available Santhosh, ram krishna and sathyanad are very egoistic faculties

Other Applied Colleges

Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science - [HITS] | Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Aeronautical Engineering)

Veltech is more updated in technological advancements. And faculty of veltech was more friendly while comparing with hindustan so i opeted veltech also the cbcs system in veltech is very helpful and I wil be able to finish my course in 3 years and with a i

Placement Experience:

From the very entry into your third year, you will be eligible to most of the placements. The training provided is very exquisite and some of the trainings start as early as 1st year. 2026 highest package was 55LPA. Many companies like from product companies like Microsoft, Capgemini to service based companies like TCS, INFOSYS etc.. visit our campus for regular placements. About 98% of people placed as far as I have heard.
