Course Curriculum Overview

5

I wanted to do something you quotes other than the common so I choose chemical engineering. Of course it is a branch where all the needs helpful fulfilled by the engineers. As it is said that the chemical engineering is the mother branch of the other engineering branches. Various topics like thermodynamics heat and mass transfer fluid flow then stoichiometry and chemical reaction engineering chemical technology of organic and inorganic chemicals and various topics influence a lot of me to choose this course.

Internships Opportunities

5

Internship is commonly done in the 5th semester or after completing 5th semester I have not at completed my fifth semester so I couldn't tell it about you. As much as I've heard from the seniors, almost college gives internship opportunities and also prefers industries for it

Placement Experience

4

After the 7th semester students become manageable for the campus placement in the 4th year. The company is that come to our college are Mahindra Reliance Lakshmi organic chemical Accenture cipla etc. average packages 5.5 lakh and the highest package till now is 7 lakhs for chemical department it is much better for the other department. Almost 80% of the student gate placed in the campus placement other remaining search by the or have some known industry personals who offer them job internship. My plan is I just want to much higher package of mostly 7 to 8 lakh if I get this then I will not opt master but if I didn't get I lost for masters degree and learn more and try harder.

Fees and Financial Aid

Year wise 1 st year I paid 77k and now due to scheme of free education to girls I'm paying 15k. All open category people pay 135000 fees Panjabrao Deshmukh & Rajshri Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Scholarship

Campus Life

4

Engineering today is the middle event taken in college on state level which is actually technical games and some technical events where students come and show the skills and win a prize. And the event held in February the biggest time in known as the shivanjali is it traditional event where various traditional days at taken and the last dj night is also preferred. Almost 70% books and journals are available in the college others if we ask them to bring the bring it. Sports also taken at the start of the college such as cricket badminton table tennis and chess.

Admission

Firstly I had taken information about all the admission process of the causes and you I will get this college on my first cap round so I applied for this college and I got it on my first preference. I love all this is which I had put on were VIT then sinhagad. BUT THESE WERE TO COMPLETE THE FIRST 5 PREFERENCES BUT I KNEW I WILL GET THIS COLLEGE SO I DIDN'T TRY MUCH HARD FOR OTHER COLLEGES.

Faculty

3

Ummm, faculty to student ratio is not that good because nothing is planned and manage properly by the teachers. Likely when submissions come to the nearest of the day give the assignment for the completion which must be given a few days or few months before. Teachers do not cooperate when students are in the other club or when they punk lectures due to clubs activity.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Soo ever since kid i was interested in bikes this interest was all for me to take this course , my father is very bike enthusiast and it came down to me , i could easily take mechanical and other engineering cause these are common courses which involves automobile , but since i wanted to follow my passion , i wanted to do specialization in automobile itself and DPCOE was offering this course with great facilities and knowledge providing us a path in this lane of career in this field. According to me curriculum prepares us quite well as they conduct workshop which are relevant to outside world where we'll be working. If there were more practical workshops for us to work on would be great cause automobile engineering is all about practicals rather than theoroticals Professor should try teaching in physical part rather than taking lectures and explaining the concept by just words

Companies started sending their placements form to college groups from starting of the 7th semester. For particular branches, particular companies visited. Many companies send their placement forms this year. But each selected a max of 2-3 candidates only. In the strength of 76, 15 got placed on campus this year. Remarks:

Focusing on student's attendence rather than focusing on students concepts. College is not focusing in development of students only paperwork is done. No conceptul teaching nor practical. By doing this stuff we can get a btech degree but not the knowledge a btech student should have.
