Course Curriculum Overview

Im computer science student so i was able to take only computer related courses. No need any improvement in campus. Exam starts at 9 sometimes for other slots at 3. Bsc computer science is best for it field

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 55000 per year

Placement Experience

Im studying bsc computer science. In this course they offering valid placements for students who have maximum 8 cgpa. Many students got placed on amazon, infosys, tcs,etc.. In final year only, the campus offer placements for students.

Fees and Financial Aid

In first year I have paid 55000 and in second year I have paid the same 55000 and in third year also same fees structure and caution deposit 2000.This caution deposit will be refunded at the end of the 3rd year.

Campus Life

In vit the campus life was so good. Inside the campus environment is way better than I expected. The club involvement was great. I joined nss, anime and tamil literature club. The social aspect was very good.

Admission

I love this college so much and i love faculty behaviour. But inside on this campus they give high priorities for north indians. So that's why I chose srm over vit. If I couldn't make to srm i'd join to vit.

Faculty

The faculties are very friendly to students. Senthilnadhan our dbms faculty.suresh kumar is worst faculty . I have three exams cat 1 cat 2 and fat which will happen between months. Many students fail to pass in exams

There are many courses including post graduation.
Faculties are well expertise and has good mentorship quality

THE IDEAL COLLEGE LIFE!

The opportunities to meet new people and interact with a whole new circle of people by Club Activities as there are quite a lot of clubs according to the student's interest.
Many places to showcase our singing and dancing talent once we join the club or take part in any of the department events.
They have multiple labs for a single department so that the students get a lot of hands on training for coding and as well as hardware.

Dislikes

4:3 Ratio of Girls to Boys in my class and i hope it's the same for all the departments as well.
The college timing can go from 8:30 AM to 5:10PM.
The 75% attendance is kind of doable and maintainable to an extent.

Placement Experience:

about 70 to 80 percent of the students get placed afdter the colleg and the ones not placed also gets placed after the college with high network and communication from other contacts within the college, ZOHO Corp does take placements and i am preparing for my CAT exams as i am planning for My highers at IIM, 5th semester is when the students become eligible for the campus placements and the seniors are a good connection who help to get places and get a job after the completion of degree.

Teaching methods of marine faculties are excellent but in my course they add some additional subject like tamil and hindi which are useless and no neede for a mariner as the marine faculties are good in teaching and explaining but they also having difficulty in teaching as the requirements didn't meet from the college management
