- Academic block and hostel are 2kms apart and no transportation facility
Course Curriculum Overview
Course is quite relevant and greatly structured to make a student stand out in this competitive generation for getting a major breakthrough in his career so early . Teachers are also quite good ( exceptions are always there). Exams are conducted twice a sem - mid sem and end sem consisting of 50 and 100 marks respectively.
Internships Opportunities
There are a number of opportunities to get yourself an internship you can do it off campus or in campus as well . College itself provides internships but you have to pay some fees to get it. Every big to small company from apple amazon microsoft google to tcs wipro infosys comes here to offer internships.
Placement Experience
Placement statistics till now has been decent , if you're a 9+ grader then you can easily pull off a 10lpa+ job .7th year students become eligible for placements. All the big companies like amazon, google,microsoft visit VIT almost 90% of the students get placed.
Fees and Financial Aid
Tuition fees - 3,10,000 Caution fee- 3000 Registration fees-15000 Category 1 - 198000 Category 2 - 310000 Category 3 - 350000 Category 4 - 400000 Category 5 - 500000 They provide internships in 3rd year and they are quite helpful in this case but for some pupils they also charge the fees for getting them their internship
Campus Life
Overall the campus life is quite nice there is an annual fest named advitya which is a 3 day event comprising on concert, sports and recreational activities. There are more than 80 clubs and moreover you can start your own club if you want so you will find the club of your genre easily.
Admission
I applied for BITS but was not getting my desired branch and the second best option was VIT and in VIT bhopal the fees also was less , so i chose CSE in VIT bhopal. For getting into VIT you have to give VITEEE and then according to your rank you can choose the desired college and branch , the exam is quite confusing . I also didn't study much for this exam.
Faculty
Faculty student ratio is about 1:70. Faculties are quite talented and experienced and are also easily approachable and are always ready to help. The course curriculum also quite relevant to the industry standards and the exams difficulty level is also moderate..
