Likes

I like about LPU is Teaching Goal collage have good experienced teachers
World class Facilities and Green campus and they also focus on Sports and extra cariculam
If I am going talking about In my stream they focus on programming languages form 1st semester

Dislikes

Work Overload due they have 32 CA(continuous Assisments) In one semeseter which is tough for handeling
Issues like Students have issue related to fee or other academic they need to in different dippartment and talk to faculty again and again then problem solve may be or may not be
due to overload of works maximums students not focus on extra cariculam activity

first of all not need to care about got placements or not beacuse nearly 1650 compony are comeing in lpu for placemesnts and nearly max student got placed at avg salary narly 5-6LPA If student is senciear then I belaive they got placed at good salary from LPU

Fees and Financial Aid

If I am going to talking about Fee stracture of B.Tech(CSE) so 240000 per year and semester wise 120000 per sem for all categories (OBL , ST/SC and also for General) Collage Provide scholarships on the basis of LPUNEST EXAM Scores they provide 3 categories scholarships 1st Categories relif of amount is 30000 and in 2nd 25000 and in 3rd categories 20000 .

Campus Life

->Annual fest in Lpu in ONEINDIA in this fest all state student represent her student by activity and sharing famous things of the state ->Maximum all books present in library which required to students for her stream. ->Yes class rooms also are good every class have ac and fans and flaxible sheets ->Nearly all type of soprts avilible ->Yes I also run a NSS Unit in lpu as co leader

Admission

After 10+2 you need to give university exam LPUNEST . you need to qualify the exam after qualifying the LPU you get scollership basically they provid scollerhip on the basis of your score in Exam . If you gain 1st catergery scollership then you get 30% scollership ,In 2nd catergery get 25% and in 3rd catergory get scollership of 20% . 2nd ) you get admission on the basis of JEE Exam 3rd ) On the basis of 10+2 score Eligibility for admission a)60% mark in 10+2 b) qulified in JEE c) Qualified in LPUNEST You take admission if any Eligibility condition match from out of three. 2) (a) You find application of officalwebsite of lpu . (b) Application fee 1000. (c) Application date strat from November. 3) Don't about Reservation I think this option is not vaild 4) Frequency and timing of LPUNEST Exam they give 3 hrour over all 400mark question paper , paper lavel 10+2 basics not any problem in qualifying. 5) ALL is Good not need improvement

Ok I am going to talking to faculty members of LPU. lpu have good experaince faculty -> the ratio of faculty and student is 1/10 ->I have good bond to all faculty members In 1st sem I have a faculty name in Dipin sir they teching PYTHON in 1st Sem good points is they have good teaching skill ->exam system is also good if student got reappear in any subject they provide chance to clear the exam

Likes

The infrastructure is great with state of the art labs and equipment
The library is really nice place to study
Lots of hangout spots in and around campus

Dislikes

Less opportunities for core branches as less core companies visit campus
75 percent attendance policy for classes
Very high fees compared to other colleges

Placement Experience:

Companies start coming summer internships in the 5th and 6th semester though ,CG cuts are imposed so very less students are elgible to sit for these companies, The real placement season is 7th and 8th semester and many companies visit campus for placements. around 60 percent students got placed in the recent placement drive. The major recruiters are: Oracle, CISCO, JPMC,Deloite,IBM,ZS etc.

Likes

The Scholarship benefit is good when compared to other universities the fee is also not very huge.The Infrastructure of the campus was vast and there arelots of stall to purchase food items etc
There is a big mall through which You can get necessary items .In every hostel you will have departmental stores
The faculty was highly qualified. The Placements opportunities are also good The average was offered was 5-6 LPA.The Lpu newly Launched Education Revolution is very good for students

Dislikes

The mandatory 75% attendance policy for every subject.If you not maintain you will debar from End term examinations which is not all good
The Roads are not that much good .The roads are made of parking tiles instead of Thar
The distance between hostels and main gates are nearly 1.5 -2 km which not at all good .but there e-rickshaw they charge 15 rupees per person to drop from hostel to main gate

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course cirriculum changes every year by rapid changes happening due to AI The University has also launched a new school called School of AI and emerging technologies.from this every year syllabus changesand exams pattern changes .the difficulty of exams is increasing day by day.

Inside NITJ- Beyond the Brochure

Likes

There are 1 AC Lecture complex()LT with almost a seating capacity of 100-120 students, with smart screens and projector.
NITJ has well maintained 4 Girls hostel and 4-5 boys hostels with proper cleanliness and hostel staff.
They are 7 cafeterias in the Campus, including 3 Nescafe outlets,1 dominos and 3 regular canteens that serve food late night.

Dislikes

Wifi and connection issues in the hostels
Slow response to emails and late approval to applications
The ICE department faculty is quite strict. Tough grading system and administration.

Placement Experience:

NITJ has a placement cell, also known as the Centre of Training and Placements(TPO office of NITJ). The placement scenes differ depending on the courses offered. The average placements are 12-14LPA in the Computer Science branch. Every year, hundreds of companies, including Pvt and govt both. PSUs like HPCL and BPCL recruit students based on merit and academic excellence.

The environment of the college is so nice, helpful staff, AC labs for CS deptt.
Canteen and water facilities and park in both deptts
Skilled professional educators and tutors

Dislikes

Distance of travelling coz for me its too much far
Nothing as of now everything was good enough

Placement Experience:

- Limited campus opportunities were available, and most students become eligible from the final year. - The average package was around 2-5 LPA. - after my degree my plan is to improve my employability my strengthening my technical skill in my domain

Aqi was soo good because plants and tree was so much

Mess food was bad but it doesn't taste that bad
If we Complaint about anything college mostly ignore it

From 7th sem students become eligible for campus placements and tata or Infosys companies visited and about 60 to 70 percent students were placed and my plans after getting the degree is to opt for higher studies doing mtech from iit

Good infrastructure, campus and faculty. Have to improve placements and industrial visits.

Likes

The campus is very green and clean. Infrastructure is good and one can feel fresh air here in campus
The faculty is excellent, almost all of the professors and assistant professors have a degree from renowned institutes. So they know their subject and field very well.
Hostels are good and affordable. Although the hostels itself are old, services are good and you get a nice room for the price/rent

Dislikes

The crowd isn't good. Always demotivated to do anything productive regarding studies. Some people are just here for time-pass
Very less site and outdoor visits. For practical experience, they should conduct industrial visits, but that happens rarely
Placements are really Dry and there is decline in company visits for placement.

Placement Experience:

Placements are not that good. Although companies come, there is a lack of mass recruiters or reputed organizations. One has to grind hard here for placements. If you're a CS student, you will have to face immense competition here. As for core branches, placements are severely dry. Students gets eligible in 4th year onwards for placements. Some of recruiters here are Trident, TCS, Reliance, Sonalika and other few. Every company offers around 10-15 selected students for a job. Highest package ever was 15LPA and average is 3.2LPA. Percentage placed is only around 15% here. My plans after the degree are to apply for govt exams.

Likes

The sports and the various facilities that they provide for relaxing
The Library that remains open till 10-11 at night for those who wish to study till late
Great mentors and very helpful teachers who are always willing to help

Dislikes

The hectic schedule and curriculum that the students have to follow.
The lack of certain facilities that would help the students improve thoer personalities
Too much strictness and restrictions with everything that someone wishes to do

Course Curriculum Overview:

The interest in coding influenced me to choose this subject and course. The curriculum gets me ready for a 9-5 job which kind of gets hectic. The teachers could maybe schedule classes to give the students time to study what they want to and if they wish to do a course outside the university they have the time to do so rather than just going by the university curriculum
