What Students Say

Likes

The infrastructure they are providing is very good means you can't complain regarding infrastructure.
The events they organises are really good

Dislikes

Teachers are generally not good nature and you never find the class interesting
Lack of management, during practical exam too some faculty are not even aware about practical exams
Lot of traffic just outside the university gate, it's such a nuisance

Course Curriculum Overview

Its not relevant at all, it lacks the focus on practical knowledge and college is majorly focusing on theoretical knowledge rather than practical.i think university exam are very easy means you can crack them all if start studying just before the exam so I think it doesn't hold the credibility

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 500000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

In parul university, my yearly fees was 124000 but it's more for my juniors and it will be even more for their juniors. Basically fees kept increasing but it's not that high compare to other colleges so I'll it's affordable.

Campus Life

It is very good campus and the level of infrastructure they provide their students is really good. Sport and extracurricular activities are always supported by the university and there are multiple intercollege tournaments of many sports which encourages the students to participate, basically everything is good about campus and infrastructure

Admission

I didn't applied to other colleges in first because I used to think that my percentage is so low that any college would work for me so I haven't applied to any other colleges but I do had another option in my city but I want to go and live alone so I choose to be at parul

Faculty

Firstly faculty to student is good there is need to worrie about that but it's on faculty's nature how approachable they are means some are good with that and some just teach and gone. There total 3 exams in 1 semester, 1 is midsem exam and 1 is practical exam which is taken just before the endsem exam. At last result will be calculated based on performance of midsem and endsem from which marks of midsem contribute 20 marks out of 100 and marks of endsem contribute 60 marks out of 100 and rest is contributed by practical and behaviour.

Good Learning Experience with Scope for Improvement

Likes

Helpful teachers and a friendly campus environment.
Good classrooms and learning facilities.
Supportive faculty and a positive learning atmosphere.

Placement Experience:

Placement opportunities are moderate and depend on students' skills. More companies, internships, and career guidance would improve placements. After completing my course, I plan to seek a good job and develop my professional skills.

The parul university review

Likes

The campus view is awesome we all will see new things everytime and it feels fresh at the morning.
The personal development of particular students have been in focus of every faculty which is awesome.
The behaviour towards students of every professor is the best all are understanding and calm towards students.

Dislikes

There is a system of gate pass means whenever u need to go out of main gate with the permission we are not allowed to go.
In hostel the washrooms are not so clean for the students with common washroom hostel
The mess food are boring sometimes and the food of the food seems to be same everytime

Course Curriculum Overview:

- I have a great interest in coding and this field is based on coding so i choosed the computer field. -The curriculum of the college are based on the things which will help us in future for real world application. -The way they i based on pdf means they make a full note of a subject in pdf and explain that and which makes clear to us so I don't think they should change. -There is a enough time to study for exams it depends on us how me manage it and the difficulty level is medium it is based on what we have understood till now in studies we have studied.

The collage infrastructure is really good and vibrant, it is well developed.
Campus life is really good, there are food courts, playground, libraries avaliable.
The whole campus has wifi avaliable, they've got atm too.

Dislikes

there are quite a few restrictions like no roaming allowed after 9:30pm.
mess food is not so good, its managable but sometimes it feels miserable
for every small thing to be done, lots of paperwork is required whether you need to go outside the campus or needs a NOC

Placement Experience:

in my unversity, proper placements usually start from 7th sem, however after 4th sem, the collage provides the opputunity to go for impact traning if youve got more than 60% in your 10th, 12th and throughtout the semesters from that traning top permorning student get a chance to sit for product-based companies. as of now (jan 2026), the highest placement recorded is 60lpa at microsoft, the average is aroudn 3.5 lps to 6 lpa, most of the recruiting companies are service based such as capgemini, infosys, tcs etc. around 200-250 students gets palce after heavy filtering, i plan to go for higher studies,
