Course Curriculum Overview

If you are not willing to do btech you can opt for BCA instead.you can enter into software field via this course. Our faculty organizes hackathon every now and then for the exposure of coding to the students.

Internships Opportunities

They provide good internships. Both paid and unpaid internships are provided as per student's skills and experience and also attendance is a very big factor.faculty members give ideas for start ups and new project.

Placement Experience

After sixth semester students become eligible for campus placement . TCS, Wipro, Infosys are the few companies. The highest package offered by our college is 44 lakhs and average package is 4-5 lakhs.almost 80 percent students get placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have to pay 1,14,000 per year Tution fees are included in that.caution fees is taken during joining time .Fee structure is same for every student.few scholarships are offered . overall the faculty is nice

Campus Life

Our college has an anti ragging cell.Three libraries are there. Different types of clubs like fashion club, singing club,drama club is also there. Different gaming events like football cricket are also arranged .

Admission

I had applied for Meghnad saha institute of technology and techno Institute of technology and Amity University but academically heritage was better.To get admission here students have to get atleast 60 percent in 12th boards and CET exam is acceptable.

Faculty

The faculty to student ratio is around 1:10. Faculty members are very friendly to students and approachable.there are 4 internal exams and 1 sem exam in every semester.mostly the exams are not difficult and are easy to crack.

Night Life

There are three canteens inside the college. And one cafe outside the college. nearest mall is acropolis.the locality is safe.there's a girl's hostel inside the college and one boys hostel outside the college.

Placement Experience:

The placements are really nice. Every year, a large amount of students are employed by Tech Mahindra, CTS, TCS, Wipro, etc. all software giants. The starting salaries are also decent. Most students get placed, but 100% placement has also been achieved by the college now.

Good College

Placement Experience:

Placement eligibility usually starts in the final year, but there are limited opportunities. Some IT and outsourcing companies visit, but they offer low salary packages. The average package offered is not very high about 3-4 LPA and only a small percentage of students get placed. Many students prefer to pursue an MCA or learn additional skills like web development, data science or cyber security to improve their job prospects. After completing my BCA, I plan to gain experience in IT related jobs improve my technical skills and possibly pursue higher studies like MCA. I might also explore freelancing or certification to increase job opportunities. Since I already have customer service and telecalling experience, I may also consider IT support roles before moving into core technical jobs. Building skills and networking will be important for getting a good job after graduation.

I applied to Jadavpur University through their entrance exam, however i was not selected there due to my low scores in their entrance exam. Then through various research I found out about the course of BCA in internet, since I had taken a year drop I found it would be perfect for me. Media Science at THA: Is it worth it?

In order to apply for BMS, we had to fill a Common entrance test(CET) form and appear for the exam. Now you will qualify for the college according to the rank you acquire after the results of the test. My first preference was The Heritage Academy. The other options include iLead and Techno Main Salt Lake. But I chose THA solely because of the faculty and campus life. I also got selected for admission at St. Xaviers University, Kolkata.
