What Students Say

Likes

Overall college is good and teaching staff is also better.
Teaching method is also best they work on soft skills that' help for placement drives.
They also provides expertise session for betterment to students.

Dislikes

During Practical PC's are not working properly.
I personally dislike one thing about college is that the time should be form morning 10 to 5

Course Curriculum Overview

Incorporating a variety of assessment methods beyond traditional exams, such as portfolios or peer assessments, could provide a more comprehensive evaluation of student learning. The frequency of exams appears to be well-structured, allowing for adequate preparation time.

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 87000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Many well -known organizations offer internships that may be relevant to students. companies like Mphasis, Thinkitive,Haptiq and many more.As I'm in first year I don't get internship. They are scheduled in 2nd year.

Placement Experience

College provide placements with all start-up companies and MNC's too. Every student get 7-8 drive for interview After 2nd semester companies get into college for interviews Companies like Mphasis, Thinkitive, wedtech developers, synechron and many more

Fees and Financial Aid

As the college firstly prefer minority students because college comes under minority but affiatted by Savitribai Phule Pune University. The fee is around 87k per year and you can also government scholarships like Maha DBT and all. Last year fee was more than 1 lakh coz it include trip and College uniform too.

Campus Life

College provide many outbound activities for students. Outdoor sports like cricket, football, kabadi, volleyball and sometime basketball Indoor games like carrom, chess etc College provide annual function too called as RainBow.

Admission

Overall college is good. I have taken admission in this college because they provide good placement drive with startup companies and MNC's too. Admission process is great as they give instruction how to fill forms and all

Faculty

In college, faculty members play a crucial role in shaping the educational experience. They often provide personalized attention, especially to struggling students, and are responsible for designing course structures that align with learning objectives.

Night Life

There's no gym in College Library is good and clean College provides hostels for girls only and in times is around 11 at night. Hangout places like lonavla, shivaji nagar, dagdu sheth ganapti College located at safe only because of residential area.

COLLEGE REVIEW OF IBSAR BELAPUR

Likes

The good thing about this college is affordability and how quick the admission process is.
Teachers are friendly too, there is no mandatory attendance rule and the lecs are conducted three days a week for mca students which gives them the freedom to work or switch between lecs and personal things
The feedbacks of students are taken seriously and the staff is changed accordingly. Students can freely talk to faculty about the performance of teachers and quality of education.

Dislikes

There is no campus in this college which limits student activities for events or other things.since the lecs are not conducted daily or as like other colleges , very less class count is there which affects the interactivity as well.
The quality of infrastructure is not quite good as the college is there in two floors of the building only. Campus amenities are average as well. There aren't much opportunities as such in this college like industrial level or any.
If anyone wants to experience and actually college life with the whole campus experience, events , activities or other things ,this college isn't a good fit

Placement Experience:

During the admission the students are told that in semester four , just students are eligible for campus placements and some of the companies come for a placements and even the undergraduate students are placed . The name of the companies that come for the placement include Vector ,HDFC Bank etc but in admission pamplets huge company names are provided like infosys, wipro, etc. the average packages are 300000 -500000 per year. The cgpa of students should be higher than 7. I am planning for an on campus as well as off campus placements.

Overall Experience at college

Likes

The faculty members are supportive and approachable.
The MCA curriculum is aligned with current industry relevant subjects.
They organise sessions and seminars by experts.

Dislikes

More placement opportunities for relevant job profiles.
Practical application workshops related to emerging domains

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are available for students generally during the final year of the MCA program. The college provides sessions for resume making, mock interviews and soft skills. The placement opportunities and packages vary each year depending on the companies visiting the campus and students performance. After completing my MCA, I plan to build and apply my technical skills by securing a job in the IT sector.

ICEM for MCA is good or bad

Likes

The faculty and teaching member are knowledgeable and supportive . But they lag in explaining concepts . I think the every college has the same situation. The teaching is focused on books concepts rather than practical. The teachers lags in practicals.
The campus has a very very good infrastructure including high storage and RAM computers in the labs on which most of the software necessary for the programming works . Along with that the wifi is only avaiable for the Hostel students .Library is good
The college environment is friendly. I remember one event where Arsh Goel came for the students to motivate and give his insights on tech. Along with there is a sport ground for cricket, football, basket ball, gyms is available with provided items..

Dislikes

As well on the other side fake companies and smaller companies came like one fake company came name Data Tech Labs. Also opportunities depends on the TPO . In our time TPO was not good .For last batches TPO was good. And we had good placments ....
Real-world projects exposure will improve learning experience. I think students should be free to do internships after 1st semester . and in the 3rd semester the focused should be more on final placments..
Canteen is good but the prices are pretty high for the simple food . For a simple vegeterian thalli we have to pay 90 rs in which we are not able to have the sabji again and again . It is one time filling. And other items have little high prices....

Placement Experience:

Placments are really good like 4 students got 12 LPA at crowdstrike after successful internships. I think in our class 20 students got placed from college side and i think it can be improved , the college should give more freedom to students for their preparation rather than focusing on attendence Good companies like Delta Capita, Crowdstrike, Vanderland, Winspire Solutions came to the campus. The placment usually starts from 3rd semeser .

from the 2nd semester itself, the students are eligible for campus placements. companies like Capgemini, wurth-it, Godrej,Infosys, TCS, and Sankey visit very often and make a good no. of offers. the average package is around 4-5Lpa for freshers. about 80-90% of students get placed.
