COLLEGE LIFE AT RUAS

The course teaching is been good there have been some good subjects which helped me to understand the topics very well and got some real time examples also the improvement in order should be just to explain some important topics with good examples and some details related to it.

From 4th year students are eligible for campus placements some companies like hcl,Biocon,unisys and musigma visited our college and some more software companies too visited last year a senior got placed at 43 lpa in our clg for a software company the average lpa is around 3 to 4 lpa. Majority of the placements company are all software based and based on that cs is getting better opportunities for hardware branches it's bit bad situation as we get very less options few companies have only visited till date for hardware branches. I'm planning of working for a while later if i am satisfied with the job I'll continue or else I'm planning to do Masters .

The year wise fees for our batch is 89793 per year later batches it's changes now it's nearly to 1 lakh per year. SSP scholarship can be availed by students with category and also NSP scholarship is available.

There are many festivals celebrated there is a yearly fest called akira celebration and Dindima celebration for kannada rajyotsava were celebrities and dj people come to our campus.The Library is very big with a lot of books provided the sports facilities are also good as there are monthly some sports events for each sport there are many clubs which are keen to make the betterment of poor people and society.

I chose this college because of the Ramaiah brand and I had applied for the main branch MSRIT but I got selected in this college I couldn't get admission in MSRIT because of my rank in kcet which was more in order to get seat in that course.The admission process is simple if u get selected through kcet they'll call you up or send mail and request you to come to college with all of your documents and explain about college curriculum and events and regarding faculty and ask you to enroll for the college with admission fees.

The faculty student relationship is good the faculty helps out students when they approach them and are very cordial interms of helping out students.. The exams are difficult as there is 3 papers prepared by faculty members and 1 is selected by the hod for the exam and no scope for malpractices as invigilators and squad will be in rounds.

There is a gym facility in college but it's only for members who pay for it and hostel is inside the campus with some rules and regulations to be followed the places to hangout in college is mainly gardens,sports room and library the locality is safe as it's good area.
