Likes

First I'll say the surrounding just love it every where clean and techies fellows used to do experiment of their project and good support by friends too
Faculty is the the most important part where every faculty used to share their information In such a way that you can properly understand without any issues they will teach you by giving examples too.
Food of hostel Ill just say I loved it bcz they take care of hyzine and taste properly and healthy food will also be available

Dislikes

Library should be more big bcz sometimes we won't get to sit there and study
Sometimes network issues should be clear
Rest all the things are good no worries with that

Course Curriculum Overview

Mainly field of interest in which field you want to make career you need to choose the field and as per those fields curriculum will be arranged by the the university head and faculty. During the curriculum projects will be there where you are going to do real world projects and if any doubt faculty will help you with that during the project you will learn a lot and by these way you can prepare for real world projects. In my field AI should involve in the curriculum should teach us from basics to pro.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 300000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

300000/ year from first year onwards and it significantly goes on upto 4th year and if any jee rank or any scholar shop is available then the fess will be arranged as per the rank of the jee or scholarship

Campus Life

My overall experience with campus life is :- hostel Life just great and amazing hstls ac hostels are there and food is good no chance of getting late to classes as of staying in hostel. Social aspects :- most of the time there will be some events which we used to participate. Yaa many type of clubs will be there for different aspects different clubs will be present. Great infra structure Sports and extra curricular are the most famous things people love to

Admission

I have applied for more than 3 colleges after my jee rank and I got placed in burla sambalpur but I have joined in lovely professional University as just because the chances of getting placed is high and pursuing a good carrer with perfect knowledge I have joined in lpu I didn't get any rejection mail or letter but as comparing to others lovely professional University is a university where people made their career success Admission process is simple you need to visit the campus as of my process I got the jee rank and i went there and I discussed about the fees structure and any scholarship is available or not those all things we have discussed

Faculty

So basically faculty member will deliver their ideas properly to you they will support you while doing the experiment in love circumstances. There will be 4 internal exams and two semister per were outoff 4 internal only two will be done in per sem another two internals will be done in next sems.

Night Life

Night life around the campus you will find tea stalls snacks stall out side the campus and where every friendship will be going to spend their free tym. Gym will be available with steam bath room. Library will be open for 24*7 anyone can go and read.

The infrastructure is great with state of the art labs and equipment
The library is really nice place to study
Lots of hangout spots in and around campus

Less opportunities for core branches as less core companies visit campus
75 percent attendance policy for classes
Very high fees compared to other colleges

Placement Experience:

Companies start coming summer internships in the 5th and 6th semester though ,CG cuts are imposed so very less students are elgible to sit for these companies, The real placement season is 7th and 8th semester and many companies visit campus for placements. around 60 percent students got placed in the recent placement drive. The major recruiters are: Oracle, CISCO, JPMC,Deloite,IBM,ZS etc.

Likes

The Scholarship benefit is good when compared to other universities the fee is also not very huge.The Infrastructure of the campus was vast and there arelots of stall to purchase food items etc
There is a big mall through which You can get necessary items .In every hostel you will have departmental stores
The faculty was highly qualified. The Placements opportunities are also good The average was offered was 5-6 LPA.The Lpu newly Launched Education Revolution is very good for students

Dislikes

The mandatory 75% attendance policy for every subject.If you not maintain you will debar from End term examinations which is not all good
The Roads are not that much good .The roads are made of parking tiles instead of Thar
The distance between hostels and main gates are nearly 1.5 -2 km which not at all good .but there e-rickshaw they charge 15 rupees per person to drop from hostel to main gate

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course cirriculum changes every year by rapid changes happening due to AI The University has also launched a new school called School of AI and emerging technologies.from this every year syllabus changesand exams pattern changes .the difficulty of exams is increasing day by day.

Inside NITJ- Beyond the Brochure

Likes

There are 1 AC Lecture complex()LT with almost a seating capacity of 100-120 students, with smart screens and projector.
NITJ has well maintained 4 Girls hostel and 4-5 boys hostels with proper cleanliness and hostel staff.
They are 7 cafeterias in the Campus, including 3 Nescafe outlets,1 dominos and 3 regular canteens that serve food late night.

Dislikes

Wifi and connection issues in the hostels
Slow response to emails and late approval to applications
The ICE department faculty is quite strict. Tough grading system and administration.

Placement Experience:

NITJ has a placement cell, also known as the Centre of Training and Placements(TPO office of NITJ). The placement scenes differ depending on the courses offered. The average placements are 12-14LPA in the Computer Science branch. Every year, hundreds of companies, including Pvt and govt both. PSUs like HPCL and BPCL recruit students based on merit and academic excellence.

The environment of the college is so nice, helpful staff, AC labs for CS deptt.
Canteen and water facilities and park in both deptts
Skilled professional educators and tutors

Dislikes

Distance of travelling coz for me its too much far
Nothing as of now everything was good enough

Placement Experience:

- Limited campus opportunities were available, and most students become eligible from the final year. - The average package was around 2-5 LPA. - after my degree my plan is to improve my employability my strengthening my technical skill in my domain

Aqi was soo good because plants and tree was so much

Mess food was bad but it doesn't taste that bad
If we Complaint about anything college mostly ignore it

From 7th sem students become eligible for campus placements and tata or Infosys companies visited and about 60 to 70 percent students were placed and my plans after getting the degree is to opt for higher studies doing mtech from iit

I like the machines that's why I choose the mechanical branch in engineering line. Noida , Gurgoan , Chandigarh , Bengluru and many other areas for improvements in the course curriculum and teaching methods.

Good infrastructure, campus and faculty. Have to improve placements and industrial visits.

Likes

The campus is very green and clean. Infrastructure is good and one can feel fresh air here in campus
The faculty is excellent, almost all of the professors and assistant professors have a degree from renowned institutes. So they know their subject and field very well.
Hostels are good and affordable. Although the hostels itself are old, services are good and you get a nice room for the price/rent

Dislikes

The crowd isn't good. Always demotivated to do anything productive regarding studies. Some people are just here for time-pass
Very less site and outdoor visits. For practical experience, they should conduct industrial visits, but that happens rarely
Placements are really Dry and there is decline in company visits for placement.

Placement Experience:

Placements are not that good. Although companies come, there is a lack of mass recruiters or reputed organizations. One has to grind hard here for placements. If you're a CS student, you will have to face immense competition here. As for core branches, placements are severely dry. Students gets eligible in 4th year onwards for placements. Some of recruiters here are Trident, TCS, Reliance, Sonalika and other few. Every company offers around 10-15 selected students for a job. Highest package ever was 15LPA and average is 3.2LPA. Percentage placed is only around 15% here. My plans after the degree are to apply for govt exams.

The sports and the various facilities that they provide for relaxing
The Library that remains open till 10-11 at night for those who wish to study till late
Great mentors and very helpful teachers who are always willing to help

Dislikes

The hectic schedule and curriculum that the students have to follow.
The lack of certain facilities that would help the students improve thoer personalities
Too much strictness and restrictions with everything that someone wishes to do

Course Curriculum Overview:

The interest in coding influenced me to choose this subject and course. The curriculum gets me ready for a 9-5 job which kind of gets hectic. The teachers could maybe schedule classes to give the students time to study what they want to and if they wish to do a course outside the university they have the time to do so rather than just going by the university curriculum
