BHMS college satara - expectations vs reality

Likes

College arranges extracurricular activities along with college activities, such as medicle camps are arranged annually in nearby villages or locations, also natinal service scheme nss camps also get arranged in month pf march each year.
Quizz competition is there along with some prize like medal and certificate
Poster competition is there to spread awareness about various diseases

Dislikes

Hostel and mess food as par with fees hostel facilities were extremely poor and warden wad rude
Less practical approach more theory oriented curriculum
No up to date labs and lab equipment are poor

Course Curriculum Overview:

Exam difficulty level is moderate to hard only 60 to 65 percent sfudents clear exam each year. The improvements in teaching methid should be the faculties are well qualified but they lack to convey there knowledge to studnets because there approach is more theory oriented instead they should teach students with practical case stdudies of opd or admitted patients, also in comparison of syllabus number of faculties are less. Attitude of some teachers is bit arrogant they.
