Likes
- As the Sinhgad institute college campus is really vast and everthing from cafes to hospitals is available in the campus and there is no need to go out of the campus
- there are various college fests such as Olympus , spring fest etc which are really happening and is also a bridge for many social connections
- The faculty is really skilled and well mannered with years of teaching experience and most of the professors are PhD holders
Dislikes
- there is a good cricket pitch in the campus but to play on the college ground you need a prior booking and hence most of the times we don't get to play at the time we want tpo play
- there are three grounds in the campus but all three are of school but we can use the grounds.
- the entry for the campus at the night from 11pm to 4am the main gate is closed at the polyhub area
Course Curriculum Overview
I personally wanted to join indian army after graduating in engineering so i have chosen this course. The curriculam prepares for all the real world application also prepares fpr further degrees. I personally thinks only lab development needs to improve in my department.
Placement Experience
The collage provide most possible probability of placement. There is rate of at least 50% of possibility of placement from each and every class and faculty. If not placement collage also provide business counciling for future plans of the students.
Fees and Financial Aid
As I got selected by this college through my MHT-CET score , Thus I was able to apply schlorship which was for the genral category named as EBC.Year wise for the First year fees amount is 67758.00 inr , Second yearfees amount is 57757.00 inr, Third year fees amount is 57727.00 and Fourth year fees amount is 56503.00 inr.
Campus Life
I had the best engineering days in my collage. From acadmics to real life problrm facing. Collage provides sports,extra curriculam activities, entertainment fests and best environment to enjoy the bacholarte.
Admission
Sinhgad campus includes so many collages bus i personally found this collage relevent for me so i chose this collage. As like other collages the admission process is same , we have to fill an entry form in which on the basis of CET percentile the collage confirms our seat and provide tha info via mail to us, then we have to go and physically take admission by submitting all the documents.
Faculty
The faculty inclueds experianced profesrs and advanced degree lectures. Also includes industrial visits, metros, sessions on personality developmet and placement related assistance on quarterly basis. Ther acadmics course structure followes a semister based system, blending elective subjects, lab sessions, midterm , end sem exams and practical evaluations. Also includes internal and extrnal assesments.semester wise amount of subjects are changes. it also includes internship sunject so students could have an industrial experiance. Any grades are refferd on 10 points in CGPA format to reflect overall performance. I personally liked ENTC faculty coz in my collage this department provides personal assistance to students which helps to clear understanding of acadmices. Though i didnt liked the mexhanical department that much a it includes elderly staff and no assisatance to students.
Night Life
The nightlife in my campus is quite strict but also fun filled. They lock all the entry gates to campus from the surrounding city at 11pm and opens on 5am in the morning. Which provides safety to girls on the priority.
