College review

So the course has many labs in it which gives us the practical insights of how well the real world works. The frequency and timing of the exams are pretty much we'll spaced so I would prefer let this be there Each subject in the course has credits in it so if one passes the subject they get the credit points

The campus placement are also good in the college campus. Many recruiters come around picking up good candidates who are skilled enough after satisfying all the eligibility criteria. The recruiters come looking for skilled students who can work as Interns in their company in their desired field. The Placements are usually more than 70% in our college, with the highest salary package ranging between 40 to 50 LPA and the average is 13-15 LPA. My plan would be to just go with the flow for now.

There are different kinds of admission process as I went through kcet entrance the 1st year fees was 1,03,470 in that 20000 was for miscellaneous fees then around 5000 was taken as the exam fees and the rest of the fees was the kcet fees Every year the fees decreases For 2nd year it is 98740 For 3rd year it is 94000 And for the 4th year it is 88970 If incase a student takes up admission through comedy their fees would be around 250000 per annum. The state government provides SSP scholarship for the school/st category people

The campus life is quite interesting but the only thing is it's quite congested during the time of fest and all. Our tech fest is called as Phase shift and the annual fest is called as Utsav. There are many clubs in our college and they'll be organising many fascinating events. The events will be organised by different clubs which helps different department students so that they can participate and gain experience and activity points which are needed at the end of the 4th year for graduation. The sports club also run good in our college as once in a year there will be a sports week called Kreedotsav where all the college's under VTU come and compete with each other including our college.

I had applied for other colleges through kcet like RVCE MSRIT BMSIT and others but according to my rank I got this college and i wld've got BMSIT and MSRIT but i preferred this college than MSRIT and BMSIT. The admission process of my college is quite simple. One can enter by writing entrance exams like Kcet or Comedy or one can enter through Management quota also. The most preferred would be throught kcet itself because of the fees being less. The cutoffs for the college depends on the course which one is interested in(e.g if one is interested in CS core then the cutoff rank through kcet is approximately around 1000) The admission experience of the college through kcet is quite smooth as the dates are all scheduled from starting so one shld just go thr and submit the required documents.

The faculty members are very chill and ate interactive and explain everything good Talking about exams there will be 3 CIE's( internals) each of 40 marks.Best 2 out of the 3 will be considered for final. 50% of the marks are considered from internals and 50% from the final end exam. The internals held for 40 marks are converted to 20 marks and 2 internals are being considered so total 40. The rest 10 marks will come from Assignments then the final exam is of 100 marks which will be later converted to 50 marks

Inside the campus there's one gym 2 canteens one cafe kinda thing and one tea stall kinda thing called Coffee Kuteera. The students who live nearby can come inside the campus anytime and play any kinda sports they like by bringing the required things of their own till night 9 30 as the gate closed at that time and no one's allowed past that. The hostel too closes around 9 30pm.The campus is safe until that time for people to come and have some wind as there will be security guards everywhere guarding and proper lightings will be there. The library's also gonna be open till night 8 clock where one can sit and do his her work peacefully
