Entrance Preview

AIEEE, rank around 60k, college will take its own exam but you may not necessarily need to give it. They will take you anyway. I have seen non math student in engineering courses so chill. They take everyone. I opted for b. Tech because I was interested in that course but don't expect any of the cool things related to that course happening in the college

Course Curriculum Overview

All the common courses of Engineering and there will be English, one foreign language, behavioural science, one optional elective (like psychology, economics, fashion, etc)

Internships Opportunities

Don't ever expect anything like this from this college. No company will come to pick students from campus for internship and forget about stipend. Either you will be doing free internship or you will end up paying them to take you up for internship.

Placement Experience

Placement for b. Tech is there, not necessarily everyone will get placed but its there. Average package is around 30k. All the mass recruiter comes and some other core company comes too.

College Events

Fest, sports event, fashion event, gaming event etc. But the management, preparation and budget of these events are very poor. Many of them not entertaining at all. Students don't wanna attend it and college have to blackmail students to attend these events for the attendance.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee is expensive and the facility, education and extra curricular activity is not up to mark with respect to that. But campus is big, beautiful, clean and infrastructure, sports complex is also good but Lab is not fully equipped.

Fees and Financial Aid

Haven't heard about it and I don't think there is any facility like that. And if there is then I don't know about it.

Campus Life

Whether you are happy with campus life or disappointed it will totally depend upon you. Extra curricular activity is almost nil. Debates and other competition happens once a year and that too is not done properly. But if you have nice friends and you don't care about these things then it will be ok, you can enjoy and chill out in college and move on.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel is good with good internet speed, although torrent and few sites will be blocked. Room is also good and building is usually clean, mess is also well build but as it always is - many of students don't like taste of food ( this I think is same in eve

Alumni/Alumna

Nothing good enough to mention, they are normal people just like us. Don't expect them to be genius. They will give you guidelines about how to go about in college, few college life hacks which can be very useful, they can give you their previous sem notes and books. Ps - there is no ragging so chill.

Exam Structure

Semester routine is usually hectic. Officially there are hardly any free period. How chilling your Semester goes will depends upon the class you are in and the professors you get and whether they will like to free few classes throughout the sem. Semester

Good Campus, Good Learning and Overall Experience

Likes

Good campus with a lot of greenery and a peaceful environment for students.
Teachers are mostly supportive and actical classes are helpful for understanding the subjects.
Good labs, library and sports facilities with many activities happening on campus.

Dislikes

Some administrative work takes more time than expected and can be a little confusing.
Hostel and mess facilities can be improved, especially in terms of food variety and quality
Sometimes the workload and attendance requirements feel a little stressful for students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I feel the course curriculum is quite relevant and covers the important basics of Biotechnology. We get both theory and practical classes which helps in understanding the subjects better. Exams are usually moderate. I think more industry based projects and practical exposure can make the course even better. Overall, I am satisfied with the curriculum.

The college is spread across 300 acres of lush green campus with a lot of greenery everywhere. The weather is also very pleasant
The infrastructure of the college is well maintained with proper department and parks . The labs are well equipped with the necessary equipment required for the practical knowledge of the student.
Sports facilities are also top notch in the college and also gym is provided in the sports ground.

Dislikes

In rainy season water stands in the hostels making it difficult to move in and out of the hostel.

Placement Experience:

The placement rate of the college is decent one with average package of about 12-14 LPA amd about 85% students are placed every year. Students can apply for placements after 2nd year and companies like JP Morgan , microsoft, Hero , ICICI Bank , etc. Visit the college

Wifi facility is available in hostels and in some classrooms
Teachers are quite good and they are very helpful

Dislikes

Placement are not good in dcrust one some some students get placed with maximum packed of 9 lakhs minimum 2.5 lakhs
Course curriculum is not updated they are not helpful in modern time.
Girls and boys ratio are not upto the mark.

Placement Experience:

Placements are not good in my college. Only few companies are recruiting through on campus like virtusa, tcs etc. average package is 3-4 lakhs and maximum package is 9 lakhs. From 4th year students are eligible for on campus placement. Only 30-40% of students get placed. I am thinking to give gate exam for better opportunity.

Best affordable quality college for middle-class

Good and well-spaced campus of the college.
Good placements with high salary packages at reputed companies.
Good, affordable college for engineering, suitable for middle-class students.

Dislikes

Poor WiFi connection at times, when too many people use WiFi at the same time.
Generator works till 11pm only at normal days.
Hostel food needs improvement, lack of quality chefs.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements after 6th semester. Numerous reputed companies offer placements, to name a few, these are HCL, Tata Consultancy Services(TCS), Wipro, Infosys, L & T, JCB, airtel, JIO, etc. The highest package to date is 27 lakhs per annum and the average package is about 6 lakhs per annum. About more than 85% of students get placed in good companies with a satisfactory package, however, good skills are required for a much higher package. I'll work hard to get a good package at a reputed company.

Good Aspects- 1. I chose this college because of the faculties that are going to teach us and the facilities provided by the University were really good.2.
