Likes
- Gitam college has very beautiful campus that feels welcoming.The green surroundings, well maintained gardens and clean pathways and peaceful surrounding for students.One of the most remarkable features of the campus is availability of study areas.
- Suppoortive Faculty ,the professors and staff are genuinely care about students.They explain concepts clearly,provide,guidance and encourage participation,making the learning process.The faculty also motivate students to engage in projects .
- It has wide range of clubs,events and activities ensuring students can explore their interests beyond studies. Sports facilities encourage physical fitness and a competive spirit.This clubs focus on arts,music,dance and drama allow students to enjoy
Dislikes
- The things i have not liked are Limited pratical exposure,the lack of hands on pratical exposure in some courses.While the theoretical knowledge provided is detailed .The equipment and tools used in certain departments do not match current standards.
- Another thing I have didnot like is high fees.This can be stressful for many students and their families,especillaly when additional costs for food and study materials.
- Limited placement support for all courses,placement support lacking .
Course Curriculum Overview
*The specific aspects of the curricilum that influcenced my decision to choose this course is the job opporutunity this course have. *Greatly the curriculum prepares me for real world applications and further academic. *Im not in that stage to suggest my teachers. *sem and mid will have 2:00 hours of time to write exam.The difficulty level depends on level of our preparation.
Fees and Financial Aid
GITAM UNIVERSITY BANGALURU *This year (1st year) i have paid untill now including hostel is 4,60,000. Yearly 20,000 will be added to the total fee . Total fee I should pay for entire completion of course is approximately 18,40,000. *Tuition fees I should pay till completion of my course is 12,65,000. ~The caution fees is 10,000. ~The registration is 2,500. ~The admission fees is 25000. ~There is no development fees acoording to my knowlodge in my college. ~The lab fees for each subject is 1,500.( for subjects which have lab like Physcis,Beee,Chemistry..) ~There is no category type they feel are all same. *The fees of my batchmtes for other course but same college is 3,00,000(tuition fee),for hostel all should pay same fees. *Truely im saying there are no scholarships or financial aid are available for students
Campus Life
*Prerana event was conducted,festivals chritmas and diwali were celebrated. *100% range and accessibilty of books and journals available in the library. *Digital expereince. *All games are accepted and extracurricular activites offered on campus. *yes students run social groups ,clubs.
Admission
*I have been applied 6 college rather than this they are Anna unverisity,Srm university,Reva university, Kle college, Ksr college, Gitam and i have got conform call from all collegesbut i choose Gitam.The reason i have choosen this college is food. *No, none college rejected my profile. *Firstly we should write exam called Gcat.The eligibility is score minimum of 50 marks out 200.Jee mains and Kcet is accepted here. my overall admission experience was very nice. 80% in mains and kcet for joining college
Faculty
* The faculty to student relationship is very good in our college,each faculty help their students as there own children. *The faculty which i like the most my C programming sir his name is Mr. Ganesh karthik. I like him because his teaching skills and encoragind students they can do anything if work hard. *The faculty i didn't like is Mr. Akash goel our mathamatics staff.I don't like him because he will shouting on every student for no reason. *There are two mids and one sem for year.
Night Life
* Their are all facilities like gym,cafeterias ,library and public area. *there is common timmings it differs day to day. *Inside in garden,cafe . outside nothing. no not safe to roam around at night time in college
