- Library is amazing you will find all the books ranging from 1st year to 4th year from gre to gate to gmat or upsc if you want to prepare for any exam you will find the required material
- The social life is very good . There are more than 40 clubs which you can join and explore your interest and passion
- Placments are good lot of companies visit so you can get placed. Also the sports facilities are amazing
Dislikes
- The intake from this year is very high which creates disparity and competiton is more during placments
- The environment is very competitive that it is even difficult to make friends as it is very competitive and people do not want to help each other
- Some of the faculties are good and some of not . The college is very hectic as every month you will be having internals
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is pretty decent considering the market conditions and they teach you with well equipped technologies. Eg for students of AIML the whole curriculum is designed in python which revelant to their stream and from first year they teach you some programming languages that are beneficial It can improved by focusing more on practical learning and latest technologies Exams are very frequent as you have them every month other than that the college is pretty chill
Fees and Financial Aid
281000 is the yearly fees for comedk and through kcet it it around 1lakh rupees and other than you will have to pay registration fees of 13k and an optional skill lab fees of 20k if you opt for it you can also take direct admission through Management quota buy the fees is very high through it . There are scholarships available in the college some from government and some from alumni but you need to meet the eligibility criteria for it to claim the scholarship. Overall it's worth it.
Campus Life
Utsav is annual cultural fest and phaseshift is the annual technical fest and there are lost of cultural activities happening every fortnight to keep you refreshed through your academics There are a lot of books in the library whether it for preparing for your college exam placements or competition exams you will find materials for all of them The sports facilities are amazing we have an indoor stadium as well and lot of student run clubs around 40 for every thing you are interested in.
Admission
I had options of joing vit rnsit pesu manipal but I chose these as it was near to my house and chill campared to pes and vit and and less hectic with better placments The admission process is though kcet, comedk and direct admission via management quota Majority of the students are through kcet Cutoff this year is around 5000 for cs and specialisation branches
Faculty
The ratio of faculty to student is 1:60 some of the faculties are really lenient and friendly While some are very strict some teach amazingly and some are bad so it depends on individual faculty. There are 3 internal exams and one final end semester exam and in between you have quiz labs and aat it does get hectic some subjects are tough while other are easy to pass
Night Life
The night life is pretty good you can explore Basavanagudi, jayanagar and nearby places as Bangalore has a lot of places to explore and we do have a gym and 3 cafeterias and 4 canteens . The hostel intiming is 10 pm for 1st year and later on it your wish Inside the campus the garden near architecture block is very good to hangout and also behind the canteens
