An OK college, but have to work by yourself on placements mostly

I chose Business Analytics because it is one of the new specialization with vast opportunity in the current and future scenario. The curriculum is mostly bookish and less related to real world. They can up game the specialization by getting related experience professors. Exams are Semester wise.

PWC, EY came for finance, apart from that most are from sales and marketing start ups. There were many offers with internships with PPO. Not much placements for BA and other specifications. No projects provided.

From second semester we are eligible for placements. PWC came for B.Com students, EY for finance, other start ups with their marketing and sales jobs with PPOs. After getting the degree, I'm going to my previous company and ask for a higher paying and higher role job.

Year wise fees was 450000. The 450000 given includes tution fees, caution fees, lab fees and miscellaneous in it. Management student needs to pay total 9 lakh course fees while PGCET usually pay around 10% of the fees. My batchmates are from both Mangement as well as PGCET admission. Only Karnataka students can apply for scholarship through college.

Most fests happen in the first semester, after that we are mostly equipped with our studies. There are good and very relevant books and journals available in the library. Classes are well lit, air conditioned, equipped with projectors. No sports in the campus. Clubs were made in start, but now are totally vanished.

I applied to this college as well as PESU. I chose this one because it was giving placements similar to PESU, but in about half the fees at that time. For admission, need to apply on website, pay registration fees and fill competitive exam details. After that they'll take a PI.

First of all if there is no such a good faculties that this college afford then why specialization like business analytics they are providing . Only finance and marketing placement are good for business analytics 3-4 that is also who have background of IT .

A personal interview happened while joining the college. They asked about my previous experience and understanding about it. For admission need to fill online application with a fee, then give competitive exam details for admission. After it we get selection and need to pay security amount for seat securing. There was no need to prepare for this round because it was more of a friendly discussion.

No gym, cafeteria on 4th floor, library on 3rd floor closing at 4 and 5 pm respectively. No hostel facility, but PGs can be found nearby for staying. Inside college we can go to cafeteria, food truck. The locality is safe around 11 PM, after that also not unsafe, but it is better to be at home by 12 at night.
