My unbiased and genuine Review based on my own experience

Everything is good at its own place. Speaking about the faults, there is no system which functions perfectly. Above mentioned are my unbiased and genuine thoughts about IBCS and they are based solely upon my experience here in those 3 years.

It's very efficiently designed with a coverage of interesting and required knowledge areas. Students with zero knowledge about the business world will be able to speak the language of business at the end of their 2nd year. I found the course curriculum to be very effective for the post graduate courses like MBA and other related courses.

NO, it doesn't provide. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES AND SUM HOSPITAL does provide internships to students. It is the medical college of S'O'A. Stipend may differ based on departments and field of internship.

Companies like Asian Paints, AMAZON, Capgemini, TCS, Godrej, Bosch, DELOITTE, HCL, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, etc are the major recruiters. 90% STUDENTS ARE RECRUITED every year. Skills built here help students to excel in their field and also to get off-campus placements.

Convergence is the annual event held at IBCS every year. It comes with a lot of entertainment, enjoyment and fun-filled activities along with educational and pproductive activities. Cultural events are the main attraction for the students just like they are in every college. Besides this, SOAMUN is conducted every year. Some Entrepreneur Summits too take place here every year.

For details about the fee structure , you can refer to www.soa.ac.in. It is quite feasible for almost everyone who would like to take up a course in management and business. According to my opinion, It is much much affordable than other universities.

A scholarahip of a fixed amount is provided to all those students who have scored well in their 10th and 12th Perhaps, above 60%. It is provided for the subsequent years as well to those who fulfill the above criteria.

Sports persons have a good opportunity here to excel their career in sports as well along with their studies. Students get a great chance every year to participate in SOA CUP , which is accompanied by all indoor and outdoor sports.For this, our campus has a grand lawn tennis court, basket ball court and cricket ground.

HOSTEL is just excellent. I personally would recommend to drop their plan to all those who are planning to shift to any outsiders' accomodation facility. I stayed here for 3 years, and I genuinely state that I have no complains regarding the facilities being provided in hostel rooms. Those facilities are just more than enough for us. I assure everyone that no one will face any type of issue here if you are a rational human being. Just want to mention that food is very bad and worsens with time, but you won't find it good anywhere. It is actually compulsory along with the hostel to take the mess food. You can't escape.

Our alumni network stay connected to us through LINKEDIN and are ready to give us their precious time and energy at their best possible manner. Seniors support anti-ragging rules and follow them. We feel safe, secure and comfortable under their guidance.

There are 2 mid terms (INTERNAL EXAMS) of 15 marks each and an end term(EXTERNAL EXAM)of 60 marks in each semester. An ASSIGNMENT or PPT will be assigned to the students for which they get score out of 10. Invigilators are very very srict. Never create a misconcept that getting score will be easy for you. You can score well only if you study smart and never expect of getting scores by the help of copying in exams. It is a serious MALPRACTICE here and stringent actions are taken against the students involved in such activities.

I cleared an interview. I was able to get admission because of my 10th and 12th Board Exam's marks.The interview was in phone call mode and I was asked 5 questions in total which were based on common intelligence and facts.

They are excellent , with broad knowledge and vast experience on their specialised areas. They have always supported all the students in whatsoever the way they could, either it was academics or it was social.
