The curriculum included the factors and aspects which a management should know, not only this but it also included various aspects which makes a student aware about the current scenario in the world. The curiculum is based on the practical situations and case studies which helps us to imply the knowledge practically. The teaching method of the faculty is case based and also includes various examples which makes it easy to understand the concept. The teachers provides the tasks to students in groups say to present a topic, which helps to redefine our communication skills and boosts our confidence. The LOD of exams is medium as it is all based on the teqniche you attempt them. The teachers say there in no right or wrong answers to the questions you just need to justify your point of view to the problrm.

The college provides the Summer Internship program wherein, each and every student has to undergo an internship of 2 -3 months compulsorily. The internship is provided on the basis of the specialization selected by the student. The college takes the responsibility of bringing the opportunity for the students from various companies. The companies include Bajaj Capital, Aditya Birla Capital, The Burger Company, Infoedge, Dabur, SAIL, ITC, Profit idea, and more. While doing the internship it is mandatory to make an internship file which includes the tasks and OJTs, and a topic where you have to research and analyze about and submit your findings to the college and the company as well.

The students become eligible for the placements in the third semester i.e 2nd year. The college provides the students with multi placement opportunities.Some of the renowned companies that visit college includes Deloitte, KPMG, Wipro, CII, Federal Bank, Nayka, Euromonitor International, Ameriprise, TCS, Tata Blue scope steel, VI Ltd., Saint Gobain, CASITA, The Burger Company and more. The highest package of the college is 24 LPA and the average package is 8 LPA. The companies provide jobroles as per the specialization. The percentage of students getting placed remains near to 80- 85 % as some of the students opt for Start ups and their own business, and some opt for higher education. I am already placed with Deloitte as a US Tax Consultant and excited to enter the corporate world and make a positive impact in the dynamic corporate landscape.

I am pursuing PGDM in Finance as my first specialization and Marketing as second specialization from ASIAN BUSINESS SCHOOL, NOIDA. The college provides this course for a total of 795000. The breakup for the first year is 415000 & for 2nd year is 380000. ABS also provides a fully paid educational trip to OXford London, for which no extra amount has to be paid. It also provides 6 certifications in various fields. Other financial aid includes the 3-5 lac seed fund to the best entreprenuer idea.

There are many events which takes place in the college, the annual fests, freshers party, activities by different clubs, promulgare, international conferences etc. The accesibility to the library is convinient to students, the students can take the help of digital library as well, there are all kinds of books available including the course books from different authors. The classrooms are equipped with smart boards, a good sound system, ACs and a good furniture. Talking about the sport activities, there is a field for outdoor sports, which includes field for football, a separate field for volleyball, basketball court, badminton court, tabble tennis and other equipments for the GYM lovers. The college conducts a series of sports with other colleges which is called Athleema which is a break from academics for students and they participate in various sports to freshen up themselves. the Athleema is conduscted for a series of 5 days. The college also provides the student portal known as Edumarshall, where the teachers provide assignments and students can upload the same on the erp, The students can also check their attendance, which is a very good aspect. There are various clubs like Prakriti club, Utsav club, HR club etc. which conducts various activities for students to showcase their creativity.

I applied to SOIL Gurugram, and Jaipuria Institute and i got confirmed admission from SOIL. I did not further showed any interest in Jaipuria Institute. But I am greatful to have chosen ABS for its focus on holistic development and career advancement. The kind of exposure it provides. The Certifications provided by them, Projects and the most intresting is the summer internship program provided by the college and the support from the college to get the internships, these all things made me choose ABS over the other colleges. The admission process included the CAT,XAT(or any other competitive exam) marks, which is followed by a 30 min assessment of aptitude and english, then there are two rounds of interview, First round includes the Internal panel, during my interview there were three panelists and they asked questions related to the current business world and general questions related to my commerce stream. The second round was from Oxford there was only one panelist, she was so generous and the interview was more of a conversation and not some typical interview. The admission process is so smooth, the coordinators help the students at each stage and motivates students to participate from the very begining in the college activities.

The college has an excellent faculty team. The teachers are helpful and provide guidance to the students at every step. The communication between teachers and students take place in a formal way only that is either over e-mail or personal interaction during college timings. There is a regular feedback system which takes place in every 2 months through which students provides their feedback anonymously and then the feedbacks are considered and required actions are taken. this feedback system is very helpful for students to let the teachers know about their teaching method and where they shall improve. The teachers whom I have interacted with are Ms. Shubika Gaur Ma'am (Helps with placement and schedule trainings) Dr. Sarmistha Sarma Ma'am ( The most experienced teacher in marketing, the teaching style is insightful) Ms. Tanushree Ma'am, Ms. Priya Choudhary Maam ( personal development & corporate communication), Mr. Sumit Rastogi Sir (head of Examination), Ms Shruti Pandey Maam( faculty with a great experience in media field), Mr Ravi Sharma sir (Dean CRC) and the list goes on. Talking about exams, there are two exams in each semester which are mid term and end term. The exams take place in the college itself. The exams are not just some direct questions but the question paper is case study based or situation based questions. It helps us to brainstorm and apply the knowledge gained practically. Also, there is no gap between exams which helps us to manage our time and makes us corporate ready.

There was no GD before the admission process but there was an assessment test of 30 mins which included 30 questions. The questions were easy, those were basic english questions and general knowledge. Then the assessment was followed by the interview process which included two rounds. The first round included the internal panelists, and the second round was taken by the Oxford faculty. The questions were related to the basic commerce stream. The level of difficulty was medium for the interview and the assessment.

There is an open GYm facility provided by the college, also college has a well maintained cafeteria with a soothing ambience, which has Bistro, Cafe Coffee Day. The facility of library is also provided by the college, it also includes digital library, to which the accessibility is easy and convinient. The campus in timings is from 9.10 till 4.10 (tentative). My favourite hangout place in the college is near the volleyball court and the Law cafeteria. Talking about the hangout places outside the college, there are tea stalls and food stalls where me and my friends usually go and apart from that there is a temple which also has a cowshed, this is within 1km of the college area.
