What Students Say

Likes

Improve Attendance system for students attend daily classes
Campus Life is not good because faculty force to attend daily class
Faculty does not have mastery in subject but some faculty know how to teach

Dislikes

Placement is about negligible in this college
Infrastructure is not too good of college
Not any particular curriculum for personal development in college

Course Curriculum Overview

The B.Tech CSE curriculum at Goel Institute of Technology and Management is moderately comprehensive, covering core subjects. However, industry relevance depends on practical exposure, internships, and emerging tech integration.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The yearly fee for B.Tech C.S.E at Goel Institute of Technology and Management is ?1,00,000. A scholarship of ?55,000 is available. The total course fee is ?4,00,000, and fees may increase annually approx 10000

Campus Life

Campus life is lively with active clubs, fests, and events. Social interactions are good, fostering teamwork. Infrastructure includes modern labs, libraries, and hostels. More industry tie-ups could enhance practical exposure but all things are only for formality not too good

Admission

I chose Goel Institute for its affordable fees, scholarships, and decent faculty. Compared to others, it offers good industry exposure but lacks top-tier placement. Admission is via entrance exams or direct entry. Missed top colleges due to rank.

Faculty

Faculty members of our college is not good but some faculty is know well abouts how to teach students and further faculty only teach but not properly Best faculty available in only first year after first year average faculty available.

Night Life

The nightlife around Goel Institute of Technology and Management is limited, as it is not in a major metro city. However, students hang out at cafés, restaurants, and malls nearby. College events and hostel gatherings add to the fun.

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

What I See at SRM Ghaziabad

Likes

I really appreciated the college clubs and hackathons.
There are variety of events throughout the semester, something to always keep you on your feet.
Some of the faculties are really really experienced and have a unique approach that captures the attention of all the students.

Dislikes

Not many hotspots around campus to hang out after classes.
The infrastructure of the hostel can be improved a lot.
Food in mess is not great, the menu is not very diverse. Everything has aloo.

Placement Experience:

Placements are actually impressive with our college having the highest placement rate among others in the region. We usually achieve ~90% placement. We get opportunities from many large groups, such as Infosys, TCS, JPMC, BNY, Logitech, etc etc The list goes on. The highest package that I saw was of around 1Cr from a company I don't remember their name, but it was based out of SF and was a really great one. Average placement we see is around 12-20LPA packages.

A good and friendly environment on campus where students from all around nearby cities and states stay together in harmony.
Interactive classes and faculty is also very supportive.
The campus has all basic facilities from food to stationary.

Dislikes

The food may sometimes be not very good.
The campus has less places to spend some free time other than some spots.
Due to small academic hall places may look too crowded.

Placement Experience:

The placements in the college is really one of the the factors convincing everyone to take admission in SRM ,average package from the college is of around 10,00,000 which is really a very good amount in todays stresfull market.
