Remarks

I am quite satisfied with the college overall. I think you get value for money. You get good internals and externals. So hopefully you will complete your graduation with a great percentage. And a successful career.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course and curriculum is nice. Especially for first year students. Rawal offers B.tech in all branches almost. However there are very few entries in automobile. Also they offer management courses.Generally there are good reviews for management courses from students. I have personally met them and asked about their experience.

Internships Opportunities

No they do not provide any internship. You personally meet the placement head and he might be able to conduct one or two interviews and stipend will be provided accordingly. So you do have a chance.Need not to think much about it.

Placement Experience

Placement opportunities is nice. This I can tell from my experience, there are lot of opportunities if you are good enough. Also there are very few campus placements here and there for B.tech. There are quite a lot of opportunities for management students. There is job galore every year.

College Events

There was fest in 2014 and It was great of what I heard. Last 4 years there have been no fest conducted.There is a great fresher's party and hostel party conducted every year. And extra curricular activities like sports and all.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is expensive if no scholarship. There is a exam conducted every year for scholarship apart from scholarship on the basis of class 12 percentages. So it is nice. The scholarship exam is generally jee mains exam.

Fees and Financial Aid

I got a scholarship of 45000 for getting 90 percent & above for just one year. that's it. If you think it's good then it is. Else there is nothing much to say about. So hopefully you can get loan facility. I was unlucky did not got loan facility.

Campus Life

Labs are great. They are well maintained. But extracurricular activities mostly conducted for first year.And rest there is not much to say about.Sports day is conducted for twice s year or once a semester.

Hostel Facilities

I am a day scholar. But apart from food in hostel which is fixed for a week. Everything is great. Rawal Infrastructure is one of the greatest source of attraction for students around.So you will definitely love the Infrastructure.

External Expense: Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni network can't say much about it. I do not think that college pays attention on keeping track of their alumni network. Can't remember any alumni meet ever happened or something about it. So I do not think much about it.

Exam Structure

Exam structure is nice for first term I would say. There were two sessionals and one pre university exam to prepare for University Exam. But now they have one sessional and one pre university.So it's good.

Admission

There is nothing much to explain about the admission process. actually you have to fill an admission form and submit fee in advance. there is scholarship if you score more than 90 percent.Then at orientation day you have to submit documents.

Faculty

Faculty from 2nd year is not so good. Apart from 2 or 3 teachers rest are not ready to teach.But what I believe it is same for all the private institutions and even worse for government institutions.So all in all its good.

Good Campus, Good Learning and Overall Experience

Likes

Good campus with a lot of greenery and a peaceful environment for students.
Teachers are mostly supportive and actical classes are helpful for understanding the subjects.
Good labs, library and sports facilities with many activities happening on campus.

Dislikes

Some administrative work takes more time than expected and can be a little confusing.
Hostel and mess facilities can be improved, especially in terms of food variety and quality
Sometimes the workload and attendance requirements feel a little stressful for students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I feel the course curriculum is quite relevant and covers the important basics of Biotechnology. We get both theory and practical classes which helps in understanding the subjects better. Exams are usually moderate. I think more industry based projects and practical exposure can make the course even better. Overall, I am satisfied with the curriculum.

The University provides when you opportunity for learning activities and over all development

Placements are available for final year and June and students generally become eligible from the 7th semester companies from it software and management sectors visit the campus placements opportunity at Decent with package wearing according to company and student scale I plan to build a strong technical skills so internship and projects and aim for a good job in aml field after graduation

My Experience in JC Bose University

Likes

I like the claim and composed environment, no one shouting or making noise
Each buliding have lift which help reach higher floor easily
Having strong alumni association which help student get placement

Dislikes

I don't like the paper work delay during the admission after paperwork
Campus less crowded places are not maintained very well
Older buliding classes don't have ac in the classroom

In Electrical course we have many kind have course which design for solving various kind of problem in field , BSC ( Basic science course ) , ESC ( Engineering Science Course ) , DSC ( Disciplinary specialized Course ) , VAC ( Value Added Course ). Professors teaches with real life example and use 3D shape and animation to explain things easily.

Likes

The college is spread across 300 acres of lush green campus with a lot of greenery everywhere. The weather is also very pleasant
The infrastructure of the college is well maintained with proper department and parks . The labs are well equipped with the necessary equipment required for the practical knowledge of the student.
Sports facilities are also top notch in the college and also gym is provided in the sports ground.

Dislikes

In rainy season water stands in the hostels making it difficult to move in and out of the hostel.

Placement Experience:

The placement rate of the college is decent one with average package of about 12-14 LPA amd about 85% students are placed every year. Students can apply for placements after 2nd year and companies like JP Morgan , microsoft, Hero , ICICI Bank , etc. Visit the college

Genuine and Biased review

Likes

Wifi facility is available in hostels and in some classrooms
Teachers are quite good and they are very helpful

Dislikes

Placement are not good in dcrust one some some students get placed with maximum packed of 9 lakhs minimum 2.5 lakhs
Course curriculum is not updated they are not helpful in modern time.
Girls and boys ratio are not upto the mark.

Placement Experience:

Placements are not good in my college. Only few companies are recruiting through on campus like virtusa, tcs etc. average package is 3-4 lakhs and maximum package is 9 lakhs. From 4th year students are eligible for on campus placement. Only 30-40% of students get placed. I am thinking to give gate exam for better opportunity.

Placement at college is average mostly 80% of students are placed in this college student is eligible for placement from the 7th semester. Companies like Airtel, Infosys, Wipro, and swiggy, mostly company visit here highest package in 2023 is approx. 28 LPA and the average package is 5-6 LPA.

Best affordable quality college for middle-class

Likes

Good and well-spaced campus of the college.
Good placements with high salary packages at reputed companies.
Good, affordable college for engineering, suitable for middle-class students.

Dislikes

Poor WiFi connection at times, when too many people use WiFi at the same time.
Generator works till 11pm only at normal days.
Hostel food needs improvement, lack of quality chefs.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements after 6th semester. Numerous reputed companies offer placements, to name a few, these are HCL, Tata Consultancy Services(TCS), Wipro, Infosys, L & T, JCB, airtel, JIO, etc. The highest package to date is 27 lakhs per annum and the average package is about 6 lakhs per annum. About more than 85% of students get placed in good companies with a satisfactory package, however, good skills are required for a much higher package. I'll work hard to get a good package at a reputed company.

Don't join the college as they doesn't care about your career Faculty is bad and also doesn't have minimum experience and qualifications Teachers will change every semester or even teachers can leave the job in mid semester. If want a good career then don't go for it
